So i found a photographer out of Canada.. and he has the most gorgeous winter weddings!! He also writes cute stories with them...

Carol and Dustan - Olds

Carol and Dustan's wedding in Olds was my last one on the books for 2007 and I had been looking forward to it for quite a while. Both of them grew up on farms and come from some seriously tall families. At 5'11 I felt like short all day long. As with most winter weddings the day was short and the air was crisp, but we managed to make the most of our time.

I loved the color scheme for the girls.

A 2 hp getaway. Well I guess that would be 2 dp. The Bride and Groom both realized that while the buggy looked cool it was in fact too cool after a few kilometers.

This was an obvious setup, but I couldn't resist it.

Danni and Brad

I can't think of a two nicer people to be the first couple on my new blog. Cowboy hats, hockey sticks, Guatemalan Rum, and a frikin' freezing wind, all contributed the fabric of what was a very memorable shoot in Banff last weekend.

These guys like bears a lot.

I can't thank Danni enough for sticking it out while I fumbled around with my equipment while wearing gloves, toque and big jacket.

I love that girls fur wrap...that is exactly what I am looking for!!

I know.  I am bummed I havn't been able to contact any of these brides to get details on there weddings... they all have REALLY cute things.

 

This was one of the best fur jackets i found.. It's a belaro and i wanted a stole, but such good quality, I think I am going to stull get it....

 

that is a nice one...I bought this one from Ebay. It's really nice, but not big enough for me (I'm 5'10 and have pretty broad shoulders) so it doesn't really give that 'plush' look I am going for. Although, on a petite person, I believe it would...I might sell it.

I looked at getting those too... but I also wanted a VERY full one.  I love the one the bride wore in this picture...

They are both canada brides i think.. I bet they are real though...
