Hey girls Jut wanted to check in with you all on how my wednesday and i am thrilled to say that i stayed on track and was even under my points with giving my self a yummer delicious treat on my lunch.
Breakfast i had my usual oatmeal honey and frozen fruit which totally fills me up until lunch and it is amazing and super tasty. For lunch i had 2 garden burgers with a little bit of ketchup. And the most amazing thing ever....
There is this place by my work that has FroYo and you pay by the ounce and you basically get to make it your self and put the toppings on it that you want. They have the most awesome topping choices they have the usual oreos and nuts but the
have captin crunch and fruity pepples but the greatest thing of all is they have FRUIT. So i got about a cup of mixed chocolate and vanilla froyo then topped it with mangos, strawberries and blueberries. It turned out be be about 4 points and it was
totally satisfying and perfect for the sunny weather we had in portland yesterday. Dinner was 2 cans of tuna with mayo and relish and some clementines. Not a great dinner but i had this bomb drop on my by my family yesterday so it is causing some
stress, i am happy to say that my stress is causing me to undereat rather than over eat like it used to when i was in college. But i am still super worried about falling off the wagon. I am super happy i have you girls here to keep me accountable.
Work out was 60 minute bootcamp class and it was the last one of the session so she made it fun but still kicked our booty's lol. I am really happy that i had this bootcamp class to keep me acoutable for working out because i don't think i would
have work out if i didn't have it.
