Woohoo! Sandals resort upgrade!!

I had to share!!

So, my FI and I called the Sandals Grande Antigua last night to make an adjustment to our honeymoon itinerary. At first the representative told us that she would have to cancel our reservation, then rebook it (which would have actually been at a higher rate, since we booked our honeymoon during a sale).  

We then asked to speak to a supervisor, who was able to adjust our reservation without changing our rate.  I checked our itinerary on the Sandals website today, and realized that we were actually given a free upgrade from the luxury to concierge level as well!
