Thanks Kristen!  We usually get a circular in the mail for our local grocery store - I go through that, make a list of what is on sale that we use and then I go through my coupons from the Sunday paper.  I also just signed up for this thing called Cellfire where you can put coupons on your store savings card, which helps too.
