So I am writing thank you notes. And my cursive looks... cr@ppy!

But, I'm old school and I believe they should be hand written and in cursive.

Would you think it was tacky to get a Thank you note which is hand printed rather than written in cursive?

I need to figure this out because I just wasted 3. I had them custom printed and I figured, I just wasted $10!

if you don't like your handwriting in cursive go with the regular hand written...I think its appreciated either way and no one will notice which type of writing you did they'll just think its sweet you hand wrote it!

I agree, I think the hand-written part is all that matters. If you hate how your cursive looks then just print. It'll be easier for people to read anyway.

Good luck!

def. print... it will save you the headache.  noboday cares about your handwriting... they just want to know that you loved their gift.

I totally have the same problem.  But like the gals said, no one will notice if it's cursive or not.  They just want to read about how you loved it and how you're going to use the gift!  Have fun!

As a teacher, I have noticed that schools have moved away from cursive anyway.  In the days of computers, people are more used to seeing something printed.

I love cursive. I cannot print for anything! I think if you do not feel good about your handwriting then print them. I believe it is better to have them hand written print or cursive rather than done with a computer. It is more personal this way.

It doesn't have to be cursive you know! Just knowing you took the time to write it is great, a sloppy handwritten note is 10x better than a typed one!
