Okay, my first thought was that sometimes two towns can share a zip code, or sometimes there are little subdivisions in a town that go by different names but really it's all part of one larger city. I own my own business and find that a lot of
times, people will say they live in TOWN NAME, STATE, 12345 and really the official name of the city is REAL TOWN NAME, STATE 12345...but in either case the mail will still get delivered properly.
However, I looked up Greensboro and Wilmington and they are over 4 hours from one another, so um....I don't know what to say. YIKES. If it's DHL they SHOULD be able to intercept the package and re-reroute it. I've had this done with FedEx before
when someone shipped me something to the wrong address. The package winds up back at the nearest FedEx facility, gets resorted and redirected. Takes a few extra days, but works out in the end. I'd probably call DHL directly as well, to get to the
bottom of it and see if it can be rectified from your end without any language barriers, etc.
Good luck, I hope it works out as I stated above.
