thanks, but unfortunately, I'm looking for it in the short, pleated version -- nothing on ebay just hoping someone out there might have just finished with one for a wedding or something... need by 01/17/09.

I was just at Ann Taylor and they have a ton of the blue colored dresses (short ones) in the sale section. They had strapless and ones with the v-neck with thick straps.

Margot,

If you can't find any in your local store, maybe try asking the people at Ann Taylor to locate one for you? They did this for me when I was trying to locate sizes for my BMs - they were super helpful. They can also arrange to ship to you if the store is far too (two of my dresses were only found in North Carolina and I'm in CA!)
