I made it tonight and it was DELICIOUS!! best part is, it was super easy and only 3 pts a slice! (1/8 of a boboli)
Ingredients:
garlic bulb with papery skin removed
8oz can tomato sauce
pinch pepper
rosemary pink
1/2 c part skim mozz
1/4 c parmesan grated
10oz boboli flat bread whole wheat
roast garlic in foil at 400 for 45-50 minutes. take out, sit for 10 min to cool. set to 450, squeeze roasted garlic pulp into mixing bowl and add pepper and tomato sauce. spread mixture and top with cheeses and rosemary. cook 10-12
