cute post! FI reallllly wanted to have my ring be a suprise, so i used to pull up different jewler websites and "test" him, to see if he picked out the ring i liked the best on that page, just so i knew he understood my style. we were at the
mall one day and decided to pop into a jewelery store just to browse, much before we were ready to get engaged, but trying rings on is always fun! so i tired on about 4 rings that i thought were my style, none of which i loved on my finger.(i didnt
realize that rings would look sooo different on my finger then in the displays!!) drew was just observing, so he didnt say much. but then a ring caught his eye and suggested i try it on. i wasnt impressed, but i tried it on anyway. my jaw dropped!!!! i
fell head over heals in love with this ring. then they told us the price, and i knewww it wasnt a possibility in this point of our lives. i was crushed! for the next 6 months, we continued to ring shop and i was looking for the closest replica in
our budget of that origional ring. i found a ring that "would do" but i wasnt completely sold. to make a longer story short, i got the origional ring! and even though we picked it out together, we both love the fact that drew is the one who
origionally suggested it, because i would have completely overlooked it otherwise!
