I LOVE a lot of the late 80/early 90's songs like Randy Travis "forever and ever amen", but for newer stuff I LOVE Jason Aldean-Amarillo Sky, She's country; Luke Bryan-we rode in trucks, country man; also Dierks Bentley-just about any song that comes out of his mouth.

In my head there are two kinds of country music 1) country that's more modern and has a taste of other genres, then 2) there's what I call COUNTRY-country; that's where the songs with lyrics about milking cows/riding the tractor/bailing hay come in. those are the ones I LOVE because it takes me back to memories of me and my family. Those are the ones I can personally relate to, because I've done thsoe things.

When You Were Mine (?)...Dixie Chicks - this song breaks my heart everytime I hear it.

I don't listen to country too much so I don't know the names and artists of the songs that I like. There's a lot that I like though.

Anything that comes out of Jason Michael Carroll, Reba McEntire, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, or Chris Cagle is basically amazing IMO. I LOVE country though.

It would be easier to list the ones that I DON"T like.
