20 lbs in 10 days?! That is so beyond unhealthy, it's ridiculous. On average, a person can lose 2lbs per week in a healthy way, equaling out to 8 lbs per month. Any more than that and it's just flat out dangerous (with a little leeway, obviously). It's sad that people feel the need to drop weight so badly that they risk their lives instead of just using good old exercise and healthy eating.

I just read that about 60 per cent of all women (asked for that survey) agreed they would give up 10 years of their life in exchange for the guarantee to eat what they want and stay a small size.

This makes me angry and sad and angry. And angry! Who is so superficial? (People with serious disorders or related health issues excepted of course!) What is wrong with society?!

No no no no no no no no, not even if they paid for my entire dream wedding, in SCOTLAND, and paid for EVERYTHING still NO NO NO NO NO. 

This is why I despise the fashion industry and the wedding industry in general.  We have to fit into this certain "norm" of beauty, no matter the cost to your health and what it might take.
