The couple truly wanted to find a location where Emily's Mom's spirit could be felt. Her Mom used to love her rose gardens and picked fresh roses for the kitchen every week. The Annadel Estate property just happened to be a home to fields of rose bushes; Emily knew that this was the perfect spot.
