I ordered my wedding cake from Michelle's Bakery, they have the best cakes!! they were listed on the Mission Inn's preferred list. After doing tastings at other bakeries I decided to go with Michelle's, their cake was just too good!! very moist and delicious. The staff was very helpful and patient. I went with two different European flavors for my wedding cake. The strawberry victorian and the chocolate pecan, both were hits at the wedding. I had many guest asking what bakery I ordered the cake from. I loved the design they did on my cake!! I gave them a picture of how I wanted my cake to look, and they pulled it off perfect.

This venue is beautiful. I recently got married here on 11/28/09, so we also had the benefit of viewing the Festival of Lights-Stunning!!! This venue is pricey but worth it-the food is amazing! I had so many guest telling me it was the most beautiful wedding they have been to. You are given two wedding coordinators from the Mission Inn, I worked with Hazel and Natalie great girls to deal with. I do recommend to book early. I booked my wedding in December, 2008 and back then they were almost booked for every weekend in 2009! The St Francis Chapel is breathtaking. Our reception was in the Galleria Room, with Cocktail hour in the Atrio patio-beautiful. I also suggest taking pictures before the ceremony (venue is huge!) so you have more time to mingle with your guest during the cocktail hour and enjoy the reception.

Where do I start? Amber is AMAZING!! I hired her for my wedding on 11/28/09 at the Mission Inn, Riverside. Amber provided the uplighting for our reception room including pinspotting our centerpieces, cake and sweetheart table. The room looked stunning. She also provided us with the ceiling drapery with hanging crystals, table linens, chair covers/sashes, and designed our placecards & table numbers. I could not have imagined my wedding looking more beautiful. Thank you Amber!

If you want to look amazing on your wedding day, HIRE LIZ!! She is so much better than the MAC counter. Liz did my wedding makeup (she also did my bridemaids and mom)on 11/28/09, and I got sooo many people(including my new hubby) telling me that I looked amazing. Liz is a true makeup artist, and she is so down to earth she makes you feel really comfortable. She was on time, her prices include the trial and day of wedding makeup plus she comes to you. I loved Liz and her service.
Liz: Thank you so much for replying to all my emails/questions quickly :) You made my bridesmaids, mom and myself look sooo amazing on my wedding day. I'll send you pics as soon as I get them in.
