The consultant who helped me (Kim) was very helpful and very nice. I found the most beautiful dress for myself.
The only downsides were that I was told they would hold my dress until my wedding as long as they had the room. When my dress came in I was told by someone else that "No, I was not allowed to keep my dress there at all." Also they have some other business venture there that they try to include you in, more than once.
