Where to begin? Alex is professional, talented, organized and poised. Yet, somehow she has this presence about her that makes you feel like you have known her for years...or even that you wish you had. My husband and I are not very comfortable in front of the camera, thank goodness for our included engagement session with Alex a few months before the wedding - this was like a well needed practice run for us. It was really nice to learn from her what was expected from us and how to be more comfortable in front of the lens.

By the time our wedding day approached, we didn't even realize we were in front of the camera most of the time. Alex felt like any other guest and most of the time we didn't even realize she was there. She's not afraid to ask a little of you for a great shot...like having me hike in a pair of 4 inch heels up some huge rocks on the beach for an awesome shot of our entire wedding party over the water. What a great shot that turned out to be.

I didn't cry at the wedding (except during my sister/MOH's speech) but I can tell you I have already shed some tears just looking through the photos Alex took of our day. Her photos truly capture the moment and allow you to relive it. The wedding day flew by so fast and there were so many moments and details that I had already forgotten about...looking through the photos Alex took of us allows us to really soak it all in.
Her work is amazing. If you are looking for more than the traditional posed shots and really want someone that can capture the details with shots that tell a story, then Alex is your gal.

Oh...not to mention the fact that we already had a gallery of 250 photos available to view online less than a week after the wedding!

Alex, if you are reading. You are truly talented and your photos will be treasured by us forever. Thank you so much!

The reviewer that states that Rosa is the nicest person alive isn't joking! This woman is amazing. After 3 fittings she took my dress in 2 dress sizes, removed a ton of extra fabric from a dress with 5 layers of material on the skirt and did it all with a smile the entire time. She's the sweetest woman that does what she does because she loves it and she's talented!

Her prices have to be the most reasonable in the state, but it's certainly not because she compromises on quality! She did an amazing job...my bustle was beautiful!

If you live in Southern Mass, anywhere in RI or even northern CT...call Rosa! You won't be sorry!

There really are no words to describe how friendly, responsive and accommodating the Portsmouth Country Club was during the wedding planning stages. They allowed me to visit the venue on a few different occasions to take photos or ask more questions, etc. Planning from 2 states away was sometimes a pain and the clubhouse managers Kevin and Sue did everything they could to make it all as painless as possible.

Everything they promised, they delivered. There were no issues, no mis-communications, no errors, no disappointments. The wait staff was wonderful, all courses of dinner were served swiftly and the food was FANTASTIC. Our guests are still raving about the scallops, shrimp cocktail, crabcakes (I was told by more then one guest they were the best they've ever had!) and the filet. Everything was cooked perfectly and the presentation was quite nice with the asparagus wrapped neatly and beautiful flower in the center of each plate. We choose the highest package they offered which included 6 passed hors d'oeuvres and a fruit/cheese platter during the cocktail hour, 4 course meal, and open bar. I think for the level of service we received the price was very competitive, especially for the Seacoast area!

I can not speak highly enough about Kevin and Sue...they are fantastic. They truly seem to enjoy what they do and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right for their clients.

I purchased a dress from DressilyMe for $145 when my Milly Bridal experience started to go terribly down hill. Since I had been let down before and the pricing was so reasonable at DRessilyMe I fully expected this mission to be a bust, but it was small price to pay to take the risk. I was pleasantly surprised. From the kind and prompt responses by Susan to the finished dress it was a very good experience.

The dress is slightly different then the photo on the website, since they are mostly replicas, but all in all it is a VERY nice dress. I noticed that they just started posting their own photos for many new dresses and they have a great review centre on their site where some customers have uploaded photos of the finished products including myself. For $145...you can't beat the price! I would say it was comparable in quality to dresses I saw in the boutiques ranging from $400-800.

Oh and it only took them 2 weeks to make it.

In short, their timelines are severely delayed, they are short staffed, decided to bead my entire dress with beading and sequins that I did not approve and tried to guilt me into keeping it. The skirt of the actual dress looked nothing like my test dress and after fighting with them about the mistakes on the beading and skirt they finally agreed to remake the dress. Then they started to bead it a second time with beading I never approved AGAIN(meanwhile I had asked for 2 months to see pictures of my beading options). I still wasn't satisfied with the final dress photos towards the end but after not having any more fight left in me and being told that I needed to accept the dress as is in order for it to ship before the Chinese New Year I had them send it.

The dress arrived today and is about 8 inches too long (and my shoes WERE factored into my measurements) and dirty and STAINED with what almost looks like some spilled coffee on it (pictures of the stains are also posted in my thread about this experience). It also has someone's FOOTPRINT on the edge of the train and many areas where seams of the skirt are coming apart. Unfinished edges of the fabric are sticking out on the top side of the dress. It's HORRIBLE!

I would NEVER recommend them EVER to anyone. This experience has been a nightmare, and now I'm left with a dress suitable in length for a professional basketball player, and that's only if they don't mind wearing a dirty wedding dress.

I will update my review after the wedding, but I have exchanged several emails with Erin (owner) and my fiance and I met her at our cake tasting. We had a great time at the tasting, we had several flavors of cake and filling to taste and they were all so yummy. Erin even sent us home with all the leftovers.

She really listens to what your vision is and offers suggestions and ideas to help guide you. A few weeks after we booked Wild Orchid for our wedding cake, we received a hand drawn sketch of our cake from Erin.

Her prices are very reasonable, the cakes are very tasty and her personalized service is very much appreciated. I'll update again after the wedding, but I have confidence that everything is going to be great.
