We are extremely confused. Phyllis was giving us a great deal as part of a referral program. We thought her prices were awesome and almost too good to be true. She offered us a free design and all we had to pay for was the materials, printing, and a small assembly fee. We got our Save-the-date proofs from her.. they were amazing. We emailed her back a few changes to make...then she dropped all contact with us. I kept emailing her (I dont have a phone number) and no response. Im not really sure what happened. We loved her designs and thought she was really great. I hope nothing bad happened. Needless to say, I had to do my Save-the-dates myself and now have to do my own invitations. Nobody can compete with the pricing she was offering. It was a total let down. We were very concerned and dissapointed.

The only explanations I can come up with are... either something happened to her.... I hope not. Or.. she didnt want to do business with us becuase maybe the prices she was charging us were so low she would have lost money.. and she didnt know how to tell us she wanted to up the rate. I have no clue.

I have been attempting to email her since back in October 2008.. then again throughout November.. till finally I came to the conclusion she was not going to respond.. after multiple attempts, I gave up.

I really hope she is ok.. the whole situation is very unfortunate.
