Everything started out great, they mailed us samples upon request, were very good to answer e-mails and were very professional up until the week of my wedding. My wedding was on Saturday, truffles were suppossed to be delivered on Tuesday and did not arrive until Friday afternoon. I took the day off from work on Tuesday because I knew it would take a while to prep. the truffles. We had to add ribbon and favor tags to 200 truffles. After e-mailing them a couple of times on Tuesday and Wednesday, I received an e-mail on Thursday apologizing for the delay and telling me to not reply to that e-mail because there was a delay in their system and they would not reply back. I was up late the night before my wedding, had to cancel spa appointments, in order to finish the truffles. They also sent the wrong ribbon so we were running around trying to buy the right one. I understand things happen but this is the last thing any bride wants to be doing the night before her wedding. Other than that, they were a hit, everyone loved them, very tasty.

Our invitations came out great and everyone loved them. The only reason they get this grade is because they took a very long time to send them... months after I ordered did someone get intouch with me about approving a proof, only after I e-mailed several times. The mailing date was also delayed because they were gonna be "out of the office". I had to reorder reception cards because my location changed names in the middle of my planning and the other ones they sent me were different, the writing was bolded, after complaining that they did not look the same she said that nothing would print exactly the same. No one noticed but us, but it still bothered me.

We actually never met with Carlos, we only spoke via phone with him, we went to the shop where he works out of with his mom and uncle and chose the chair covers, sash style and color and signed the contract. He doesn't have a large variety but he's CHEAP. We just wanted the basic: ivory covers with fuschia organza sash. I heard he was a little late but he brought in a whole troop with him, got the job done and everything looked great. I say if it's in your budget definately invest in chair covers it totally changes the look of the place.

We rented a Hummer Limo which looked great but had no storage space, so we had to ride with all our bags with us. The driver was very professional but even though they were given specific instructions was a little lost. He took us to the wrong side of the park for pictures which meant we were waiting for the photographer who was in the complete opposite side, trust me it's not fun to get in and out of the limo while wearing a wedding gown.

Everyone looked great, there were no problems with them. They were very accomodating, my DH changed his vest and tie two days before and they had it brough in from another store with no problem. They also provide an on-line website where you can check on your bridal party to see who owes what. Very convinient.
I worked with Janna at We Do Chocolate who was awsome. Very professional, responded to e-mails quickly and very accomodating. She got me strawberries even though they were no longer in season and provided more dipping items than were originally requested. Good price, great service. The fountain was definately a hit with everyone.

We worked with Monica who put a special menu together for us. They had a special secluded section of the restaurant set aside for us, everything was set up and ready for us even though we were early. The food was good. The only reason they don't get an A is because they only had one person helping us, she was very nice but seemed to be overwhelmed. We had to wait a while for drinks, refills and extras. I still recomend them cause the price, atmosphere, service and food were all good.
Everyone was talking about the topper, Vicky did a good job with minimal instructions. I told her my colors and she designed it. Very professional and prompt service. Responded to e-mails quickly and shipped it early. Highly recomended. Quality work.

Cake was delicious, we had a four tier cake with alternating layers of marble cake with fudge filling and white cake with fresh strawberries. Everyone loved it and it looked good too. They also provided the stand rental very cheap. Great service, very professional, tasted great!
My husband and I did ALL our planning and we hired Kelley for the month of but she did nothing for us until the day of and even then I was very dissapointed. The coordinator at our reception site had told me that they would take care of putting everything together at my reception. All the table set ups, favors, menus, table #'s, bathroom baskets, etc. What I wanted Kelley to do was be with me AT ALL TIMES, making sure the time line was being followed and just getting what ever I needed. I asked her to show up to my hotel suite where me and the girls would be getting ready because we were on a floor that required a special key and I did not want to bother going down to get every vendor and the girls coming in and out, she told me that the front desk should take care of that and that she could not go because she had to go to the church and get everything ready. Well sure enough, I had problems getting people up to the suite which delayed things and none of the decoration which was to be done at the church was done. Kelley said that there was no time. WHAT?? anyways she was suppossed to take my altar arrangements to the reception room and that was not done, our marriage license was left behind along with all our other stuff (unity candle, lasso, arras) also her job. I spent $200 on silk material which was never used because Kelley said there was no time to put it up. She was also suppossed to e-mail me the day before with a list of things I needed to take with me, never happened. The exit from the church was not coordinated, pictures that were to be taken were not taken, she was supposed to remind me to give a must take list to the photographer or at least be around to let photographer know which pics he was missing. At reception she was not around a lot of the time when I needed her, BMs had to take care of things which she should've taken care of, I needed sissors to cut my dress and she had none, the hotel coordinator provided them for me, later I ripped my bussle and she had no way to fix it, I had to hold my train for the rest of the night, even though she assured me she had a kit with ANYTHING I would need on my wedding day. Over all I was dissapointed with her and I also had to apologize for her A LOT, she seemed to annoy all my vendors and wedding party. She also took credit for all the good and blamed all other vendors for everything that went wrong. I don't want to give her a lower grade because she might have done things that I am not aware of, I am told she was running around all night and she was very nice. There might have been a lack of communication between her and I, I thought I was very detailed, but who knows. If you hire her just make sure you let her know SPECIFICALLY what you expect.
