I am forever thankful for this alteration shop for saving my wedding dress. After having gone to another wedding alteration shop that ruined my dress 1 week before I was to take my wedding pictures, I came here to refix the mistakes. The owner was professional and did an excellent job! The dress was completed on the day promised, and was even better than I can imagined! She was able to design the bustle to my satisfaction.

I bought my wedding dress from Jinny's Bridal and when I received it, the wedding dress label was cut off. I thought my dress was a Maggie Sotero, but I guess I will never know who made my dress. I later found a duplicate wedding dress like mine for a couple of hundred dollars less! Isn't it by law they have to keep the label on the dress? The alteration lady quoted such an outrageous price just for hemming up the dress.

I agree that this bridal salon has some very nice wedding dresses. My main complaint with this salon is their bridal gown alteration is lacking the skills. I am a very petite female, and although I bought a size 2 wedding dress, it still was a little loose on me. They were unable to alter my wedding dress bustle to my liking and although they "altered" my bust line for the dress, it was still loose and puffy. With only a week before my wedding pictures, I had no choice but to give up on them and took my business elsewhere. Went to La Rose Alterations and the seamstress immediately noticed the blotched job on the bust line. The owner of La Rose Alterations took her time to adjust the bustle in my wedding dress to my satisfaction.
