So far he has been awesome!!! Steve is a super nice guy. I'll give a better review when I see my video. Right now all I can say is he is great to work with and does all his work on the latest technology. He works with his brother, Mike, who was also really nice. Its so funny because in the hotel room I need a safety pin and scissors and noone had either. But Steve saved the day! He had a safety pin on his tux and scissors in his bag. LOL They also kept out of the way and you forgot they were around.

ood customer service. And they did an awesom job on alterations. I went to 3 fittings because my dress was all lace on top and it was really big on the top. The lady had to keep taking it in. I know that wasn't easy to do. But it came out perfect.

The lady that did my hair and my sisters' hair has been my hair dresser since I was like 13. She did a really nice job IMO on everyone's hair. She did what we wanted. And she opened the salon extremely early just for us. =)

WOW!!! I loved loved loved loved my flowers. She did exactly what I wanted. I was speechless when I saw my flowers. The girls' bouquets looked so pretty against there dresses. I mean, really a great job. And the best part was that she worked with my budget.

I got such great compliments from everyone about my make-up. She did an awesome job. She does exactly what you want. I wanted a very natural but with a bit of color look and she nailed it (as she did in the trial).



Flower girl's dress:

I ordered the FGs' dresses from them. They were from the US Angels collection. They had the best price. The staff was friendly and rushed my order (just in case) at no extra cost. The dresses arrived withing a week and half of ordering them.

I was there the night before my wedding and the night of. Nice hotel. Free breakfast. To order or buffet. Clean. Nice rooms. Housekeeping lady was nice enough to clean the room asap before photographer got there.

Kent was really nice. The pics are VERY traditional type of pics so I'm not crazy about that. But when I booked them I didn't know about all these wonderful photographers that some of you ladies had. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone with Glenmar. But that's not their fault. I got my proofs. Kent got some really great pics of everyone at the reception. He got nice shots of my DIY CPs, cardbox, sig mat, and of the packed dance floor all night long. I hardly saw him all night. He kept out of my way after the oh so many poses I had to do prior and after the ceromony. lol....

My driver could have been a little more talkative/friendlier. The other driver was really nice. My driver asked for the payment way too quickly IMO and then when he dropped us off at the reception site, asked if we were going to tip him? WTF? The other driver my DH said all good things about him. We live in a narrow dead end street and he was able to get in and out of that street with no problem. And DH said he had a very nice personality.
