The venue is beautiful and the food was amazing- my only complaint is they seem to really pack the tables in to the main ballroom. We expected to have about 150 guests and ended up with about 115, the room was PACKED to the brim, there was hardly any room for people to move around between the tables. I could not even imagine how we would have fit 150 guests in that room. Same with the ceremony site. They have the chairs set up so close to where the Officiant and Bridal Party were standing that there was hardly any room between us and the first row of chairs. This set up also affected our photos. Aside from the tight spaces, they were very friendly and accommodating, and our guests raved about the food.

After purchasing my dress from a nearby Bridal Salon, I took my dress to Deedee for a consultation. I was shocked to find out that my dress was 3 sizes too big for me and was heartbroken when I put it on because it made me look HUGE. I met with several other seamstresses in the area and she was, by far, the only one who understood exactly what needed to be done. She may not be the cheapest, but you truly do get what you pay for. After my first fitting, I almost cried seeing my dress the way it was supposed to look on me. She took it in 3 inches down the entire side seam, did a hem, sewed cups in, and made a bustle. I am very pleased with how my dress fit me on my wedding day, I had a million compliments and it was because Deedee and her staff made my dress look how it was supposed to look!
We almost did not hire a videographer due to budget contraints, but I am so glad we did. You cannot put a price on being able to relive those beautiful memories again by watching it on video. Our video is absolutely amazing, I did not cry during our ceremony, but I was in tears watching our video and remembering all of those amazing special moments from one of the best days of my life. I am so pleased and would recommend Lupher Arts to anyone looking for a videographer!
Dawn is amazing, our wedding pictures are beautiful. My only complaint about my photos is because of my own pre-wedding absent-mindedness... I forgot to send her my must-have list, so it is my own fault. :) Even so, she caught tons of amazing moments and we will cherish our photos for years to come. I am very pleased, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer.
We worked with Ashley Summers from Table 6 Productions for our recent wedding. When my then fiance and I met with her in the beginning stages of our planning, we left the meeting and I immediately told him we HAD to hire her! She is so nice to work with, has great ideas and was a Godsend in negotiating prices and suggesting amazing vendors. We were able to get some things that, when we first began planning, we thought we would not be able to afford. It a blessing having her there to coordinate our rehearsal, as well as set up and coordinate the big day. I consider myself a very creative person, but I always knew I could share my crazy ideas with Ashley and she would give me her honest opinion as well as make sure our wedding didn't take a wrong turn. When I saw my vision come to life the day of our wedding, I was blown away! A lot of our family and friends said it was the most detailed, beautiful wedding the had ever been to, and I give so much credit to her support and expertise along the way. I could not say enough good things about her services and highly recommend her to anyone I know who is getting married.
We worked with Erin from Plum Sage for our recent wedding and I was so pleased with our gorgeous bouquets, centerpieces, boutonierres, and corsages. She totally understood my vision and I was so excited when I saw our reception all set up with our gorgeous centerpieces!!! The only thing that wasn't exactly as I had pictured it was our groomsmen boutonierres, they were a bit bigger than I thought they should be, but they were still awesome! I am very pleased and would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a florist for any occasion.

We used this company for our paper products and Marvinna was awesome!! Sometimes communication could have been a little more prompt, but she did not let us down on her products. We are so pleased with how our Save the Dates, Invitations, and Fan Programs turned out.
The photo booth was such a hit at our wedding! We decided to get a photo booth in lieu of guest favors... the pictures are hilarious, absolutely priceless!! The props were great and had us all laughing our butts off! And I loved that we got the flash drive with all of the pics right away- it's nice to have instant gratification like that! I am extremely pleased and would recommend this photobooth company to any couple having a wedding.
I bought my wedding dress here- a Maggie Sottero- and according to the salon I was a size 8. I have never been a size 8 in my entire life, I am a dress size 2, on rare occasions a 4 if it runs small. But I trusted their expertise and signed off on ordering a size 8 dress. When my dress came in, it seemed big, but they laced it so I really couldn't tell. The shocker was when I went to my first alterations appointment (at a private seamstress) and they told me the dress was 3 sizes too big!!! I had been working out and had toned up a lot, but not so much that I had lost 3 sizes. I was still wearing the same jeans I had been wearing before working out and they just fit a teeny bit looser than before. I have no doubt that my body changed, and I would have had to alter my dress if it had been ordered even a little smaller. But since the seamstress had to take apart the entire side seam of the dress and take it in 3 inches, I spent $450 to alter my dress. Talk about a lot after already spending $1200 on the dress itself! The people at Amanda's were very friendly, but I was very disappointed in the mistake on my size. We actually noticed on the tag to my dress that it mentioned a new size chart, which we thought may have been where the mistake was made. Even so, I felt it was the duty of the bridal salon to make sure they are measuring and ordering based on the correct sizing chart. It almost seems as if they did it on purpose to make some money on alterations, but obviously that is my speculation and they may dispute it.
We did get our tuxes from this shop as well, and we were pleased with that part. One of our guy's tried his on at the shop a few days before the wedding and it was the wrong size and they were able to correct this before the wedding with no problem.
These guys were great- I have to ask who our DJ was again, I forget his name already, but he was perfect. I had a few "do not play" instructions, but I left the rest up to him and our guest requests. Everyone had a blast dancing the night away, and the dance floor was never empty! I am very pleased!
