The food was SO-SO, it could have been better for the heck of a lot that they had charged us, we had like 20 people! The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle such a large party; there were a few in my bridal party that were pretty particular. We left a nice tip so maybe they may treat the next big group more hospitable.

We went to Negril, so of course we used an all inclusive travel site. The only disadvantage is that the descriptions and the pictures do not give the resorts justice. They weren't as nice as the pictures led us to believe they were. A little misleading but for what we paid for I could not complain.

My parents stayed there, and can you say it was the hotel from hell!?! They said it was horrible. The sheets were filthy, the bathroom grimey and they said they saw a roach! To tell you just how bad it was, my mother in law wrote a complaint letter to some regulatory board to get them to do something about how nasty the hotel was.

They had the tents, tables,plates, utensils; everything in just one place, now that is most definitely convenience. They delivered everything to the reception hall, set it up, and picked up the next day with no problems, and gave back my deposit within 72 hours. They were professional and prompt and I've got no complaints about them!

He was truly amazing. He captured poses that I did not know existed. They were patient, professional and most of all time conscious. They had us organized as if we were in the army. I had let them know ahead of time what poses I definitely wanted to have captured and he was great at making sure he got all of them. Very dedicated and outstanding at what he does.

What can I say, I did not have a bad experience with my wedding so I hope this will not bore you. The flower arrangements that I picked out were breathtaking. We chose white, and Louise combined orchids with sunflowers, and white roses. Such a soft but subtle combination. They were perfect for the reception venue and the vibe I was going for with my wedding theme.

I do not think anyone will complain about a preacher, so all I can say was that he gave a wonderful sermon, the service was not too long but not too short and that the message he was trying to convey was subject appropriate. We enjoyed the ceremony thoroghly as did our guests.

They helped my fiancé who was truly clueless to this whole ordeal. The staff had jokes and made a very nervous irritable man very calm. My husband got a great tux at a really reasonable price. The customer service was great! He really like some guy named Pat, so whoever he is give him a raise.

We ordered our wedding invitations and save the date cards from them and were very satisfied. We had a consultant that like her job and was very patient to a very nervewracking process. She even sent us a thank you card after we received our order. It was a large order though, I hope it gave her a nice commission. Anyway she deserved it.

I used then to alter my dress and the flower girls dress. They were very professional and precise. They are not one of those big chains, but a very quaint shop that was very personable, and that was a plus. I would recommend them because they gave me the undivided attention I feel a customer should be given.
