I used Vini's for napkin, dinnerware, glassware, riser skirting/cover, and backdrop rentals.
They were quick to respond to questions, they matched another (distant) vendor's quote (hooray for me!), and they delivered my stuff early on our wedding day.
They're very flexible that if you request to have your stuff delivered the day before, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have any problems. This was something I overlooked because I found out later that I could've made that delivery arrangement with them.
I was happy with the stuff we rented. They had the table napkin colors I needed.

Michelle was great to work with. She was very understanding and worked around our low budget.
We had Asian stir-fry for dinner, and while most caterers/restaurants wouldn't allow outside vendors, she allowed us to have a guest bring in a roasted pig (as a gift) - which they gladly cut and served to our guests.
Since we had a specific theme going on (Beatles, 60s theme), they dressed up the buffet tables accordingly. They had the bright Sgt. Pepper's colors out (with their linens) and their own Beatles pictures and album covers for decorations. They even had their servers come in their 60s best.

This is a cool venue to have a wedding at. Not only was the event coordinator, Jodee, very accommodating, she was so helpful as well. She addressed all our concerns via email/phone, and generally made sure we got what we wanted.
We started dressing the room up on Friday, the night before our wedding. She stayed, along with James (the tech guy), all the way to when we had to leave - which was a little after 11.
They even closed the museum at 2pm to give us time to set-up for our ceremony at 4pm. They are supposed to be open until 4pm.
Venue rental includes round 72" tables, banquet chairs, a couple of 4x6' risers, dancefloor, a projector and a screen, not to mention guests' access to the museum (with docents).

Christy was very good to work with. She clearly knew what she was doing, was very helpful (with her beauty tips), open to suggestions, and not afraid to share her thoughts. Reasonably priced too - pretty good for a bride on a budget, like myself.
I felt really pretty on my day. I was very happy since I normally don't wear make-up and hardly fix myself up that on my wedding day, I got the "wow!" reaction. I wanted everyone else to see that I-can-look-like-this, y'know (hehe).
More than punctual. She arrived at my hotel room half an hour early.
I suggest you give her a try.
