After much debate over where I was going to have my wedding I had finally decided on Crystal Plaza based on its beautiful decor. The plates had cost us nearly 260, however we only go 60 dollars worth. We had many guests coming from all over expecting a great meal but received anything but. Not only was the food bad but there was none of it. We were promised an abundance of food overflowing our tables but instead received nothing, guests that were dancing were not even offered any food, we had made an agreement to have the waiters walk around with the main courses so that guests could have as much as they wanted, russian style, the waiters did not even go to more than half the tables and those tables that they did go to weer ones with guests dancing and once the guests did seat themselves the waiters did not come back around to offer them food and plates were taken away so fast that even those few that did receive food did not get into enjoy it. We paid for top shelf bottles, and at the end of the night we were not allowed to take any of it home. Dishes that had been promised to be there were not. I would NOT recommend anyone to do their wedding at the crystal plaza, guests had left our wedding hungry if you want to save yourself the embarrassment do NOT make your wedding here.
