Rex Bradford is an excellent caterer and provided exceptional service the day of my wedding. Our wedding at Ridge Valley Farms on May 1st,2011 for 100 guests, and everyone commented on how great the food was. We served heavy hor'doirves that were all very delicious. He had an open house for us to try the food before the wedding, was very easy to contact and work with, was there himself the day of the wedding, had his staff dressed up and serve my guests, and packed up all the extra food for our party to take home. Outstanding customer service! Thank you so much Rex!

Stephanie Sullivan is fabulous and so sweet! She was very easy to work with, and my pictures are gorgeous! Her prices are reasonable, and include the copyright. I will always recommend her!

Ridge Valley Farms was a beautiful facility! My wedding pictures were just what I wanted and the grounds were perfect! There was plenty of parking for everyone, and we had plenty of room for our wedding of 100 guests.

My chief complaint falls with the owner of the facility Mimi Hiatt. In planning our wedding she was unorganized on the phone, and somewhat scatterbrained. The week before the wedding she insisted that I have a wedding day coordinator, which she would do herself for $250. Thinking this would take some of the stress off my family, we agreed.

The day of the wedding, all of my other vendors were wonderful, on time, and everything was going great until we started to get ready in the facility upstairs and the air conditioner was turned off. Ellory told us it was broken, which Mimi admitted after the wedding that is was working, but it was turned down to a 'temperate' level. My wedding party and I were melting, and paying so much for hair and makeup, this was unexceptable.

When the guest started arriving, she let them hang around in the reception area until after the time of the wedding, and my mother in law had to go and find her to let everyone go down to the gazebo. I had a violinist playing all this time for nobody. She was no help in decorating, she messed up our music during the reception (which all she had to do was push play with our cds), and did not live up to her end of the bargin. Lastly, the floors in the reception area turned my dress black before the wedding and were not clean (which she denied)! Everyone in my wedding party were complaining about the floors.

Overall, if this facitility had a new director, it would have been perfect. I reached out to Mimi after the wedding and she was defensive, and never apologized once until I called her out on it. This was my only wedding day, and her lack of professionalism and caring for our needs almost ruined my memory of the day.

Do NOT BOOK THIS FACILITY IF MIMI HIATT IS THE DIRECTOR! Warm regards and happy planning!
