Good food, great atmosphere, a little squishy

They had the color I wanted, were close to 50% less than most other places, they setup on time and took everything away after.

Really nice setup, had a ton of choices to dip and the girl who ran it was really friendly. The owner even came to help setup. On the expensive side, but totally made the night for the kids (and my dad!)

This is through AAA Auto Club, but they are always so nice and helpful everytime I call. Even if it’s just a weekend in LA, they do a lot of legwork for you and followup to make sure everything turned out right.

Really really great pictures, they got tons of candids and great posed pictures. They also work with photoshop for some cool effects. Super expensive (which is why 1 less star), but totally worth it.

Had everything (except 1 suit, that was 1 day later) ready on time, right sizes, no missing shoes or cufflinks.

The flowers were so beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. The bouquet still looked great 2 days later when we took it to be preserved. One less star because they couldn’t deliver them and we had to hire a guy with a van to pick up and deliver it all.

We found the favors we wanted (gel candles with shells and shell picture frames) for less than in the store. We also could order the amount we needed, and it was cheaper. It was still on the expensive side for everything, but convenient.

Good customer service before the event, but the DJ was horrible. There were lulls in between a few songs. He also played the ONE “do-not-play” song we had. My husband asked him to turn it off, and he finished playing the entire song. Later in the evening he started to play it again. When my husband went back to ask what he was doing, the DJ yelled at him saying, “The kids wanted to hear it!” But the bride didn’t! He turned the song off and there was no music for another minute until he found something else. He told the wedding planner that he wasn’t given a “do-not-play” list, but that isn’t our fault.

Very beautiful setting. Even the bridal party rooms lent to the theme. Relaxing. Parking is an issue, even though we used a valet (not included). Also wish we could have stayed longer.
