We couldn't have picked a better place to have our wedding. Summit House is by far, the best venue out there. We booked this venue 18 months before our wedding and for 18 months, we sent emails to Carmen, the coordinator, asking her question after question about anything and everything, often times repeating ourselves I'm sure, but she never hesitated to answer. It was as though we were the only couple she was working with. Our calls were also returned immediately. In fact, even when she was out of the office, there was someone assigned to her emails and phone messages to make sure that responses were given in a timely manner.

On the day of the wedding, everything ran incredibly smooth. There wasn't a moment the entire night where we needed anything. Every time we turned around, we were being asked if there was anything we needed. Not only were we catered to in this manner, our guests were stunned at the service that was provided and we got nothing but amazing compliments about the food.

The only negative I had throughout the entire process was that our favors weren't set out on the tables, but we had a candy bar so no one even noticed (including us!). Apparently, the mistake was noticed at the end of the wedding by my mom and when she mentioned it to Marco, who was in charge of the wedding, he apologized repeatedly and explained the reason for it. Because the wedding went off without a hitch, my mom had decided that the error wasn't a big deal and that we'd be fine without the money, but the Manager of Summit House took the time to call my mom to find out what could be done to make up for it. In the end, they ended up paying my mom for every penny that was spent on the favors even though they were never asked to. That in itself was beyond commendable.

We highly highly recommend Summit House as it is such an amazing venue with the best service you could ask for!!

Without a doubt, Eric is the best!! When looking for a DJ, we knew it was important to find a good one that would be able to keep everyone on their feet...afterall, who wants the memory of their wedding to be a boring one?! That being said, we met with one DJ (Eric of course) and knew immediately that he was the DJ for us. We booked him well in advance and for the several months from then until the wedding, he would randomly email me to make sure that the wedding planning process was going smoothly and that I hadn't gone crazy yet. He was also very patient with me when I would send him emails repeatedly asking if I was slacking on something that I was supposed to be doing for him.

The very last time that we met with him before our wedding solidified everything for us. We met with him to finalize the music list, etc. and left feeling as though we had just met up with an old friend which is a nice feeling considering he would make or break our reception!!

I highly highly recommend Eric as he did a wonderful job at our wedding. I still have people to this day telling me that they wish our reception would have lasted longer because they were having so much fun on the dance floor.

Where do we begin? Gene and Linda are simply amazing! They are both personable, funny and very easy to be around. They are extremely responsive to emails and are willing to answer any and all questions that you may have. In addition to that, their number one concern is you. After our engagement session, they took the time to speak with us over the phone about the photos we liked and disliked and why we liked/disliked them so that they would know what sort of pictures to capture on our big day. On our wedding day, they were not a minute late and they kept us both calm and collected through it all by cracking jokes and taking control so we didn't have to worry about anything.

Our pictures speak for themselves. The photographs that these two created are beyond beautiful. They work so well together to make sure they capture everything you could ever want captured on your wedding day. Once the most important moments were captured, they got them online within a week (before we were even home from our honeymoon) and eventually designed our albums which are just insane! We got the album with the crystal glance cover and every single person who's seen it says they've never seen anything like it! We also got a few extras that they offer, one being mini replica albums of our big one and every person that has seen/received one is blown away.

Picking vendors that we were comfortable with and could rely on was the most important thing to us because we didn't want to have to worry about anything on our wedding day and these two fulfilled that completely. Although I'm not brave enough to trash my dress, we will, without a doubt, have Gene and Linda photograph our future family.
