Melon's catered my wedding 3 weeks ago and did an AMAZING job!

After meeting with 4+ vendors, I chose Melon's due to their quality of food, great customer service and reasonable pricing!

I worked with Sheldon on my event and he and his team are GREAT. They are very responsive and were patient and helpful with all my newbie/obsessive bridal questions! We started out with sending them our food favorites, and inspiration. They then create an initial proposal which you can adjust a zillion times! Melon's brings you in for a group tasting of fresh and seasonal offerings where you can really see the quality and taste of the food. We met with them 2 more times after that for our final check-in and personal tasting. But the amount of times we emailed and spoke on the phone were in the millions!

They assist not just in food, but in venue layout, rentals, and set-up. They help drive the timeline and other vendor logistics. The wealth of knowledge this team has is amazing.

On the wedding day, everything was flawless. Everything was on time. Tablescapes were perfection, and the food was amazing. We received several compliments from our guests saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had! Not to mention the serving size portions were huge, and all our guests were well fed!

Tammy was great to work with! I actually booked her after being involved in a wedding she did previously. Tammy is fun and bubbly and really knows her stuff. She really works with you during the trial to ensure the best look. My makeup looked amazing and lasted ALL night (through all the pictures and dancing and to the after party). Her prices are also very competitive, even with using airbrush foundation and individual false lashes (both are a MUST for a bride). Even my picky bridesmaids loved their make-up (a hard group to gain approval from). I would definitely recommend Tammy.

Pastor Jon Olson was an amazing choice for our officiant. He is such a warm, funny, and genuine person. It was really important to us to have a Pastor marry us, while still maintaining a personal and modern ceremony we ensvisioned. Pastor Jon definitely fit the bill. While being from a well-respected church, he has focused on wedding ceremonies and is an expert.

Jon works from you right from the beginning, asking what type of ceremony you want (from secular, to slightly religious, to totally religious) and really takes your inspiration, readings, and etc and incorporates your ideas. But if you don't know how you want to form your ceremony, Pastor Jon has a ton of ideas and samples for you to review and choose from.

After you meet and discuss the details of your ceremony, he writes up a detailed Order of Ceremony for you to have so you know exactly what happens and when. He is very responsive and organized.

We received so many compliments on the ceremony and Pastor Jon, saying he was eloquent, funny, and had great content. Pastor Jon was a great choice and I would highly recommend!

Our wedding was just two weeks ago and we had the most amazing time! DJ John Jow was absolutely pivotal in making our wedding a success. His numerous years as a radio dj, club dj, and wedding dj provides him with an extensive knowledge of all music genres and a great professionalism.

We met with John for an initial consultation which is great. We spoke about what we were looking for in a DJ, the types of music we like and all the options that John can provide. He brings his laptop with him to show you pictures of other weddings he's done as well as for music! He has state of the art equipment that extends beyond just his DJ equipment, with some lighting and fun details like a discoball!

About a month before the wedding you meet with John again to talk over the entire wedding in DETAIL. This is fabulous for brides/grooms who have specific tastes or like to know everything! We talked about what songs we wanted for all the important moments (first dance, wedding party introduction, ceremony, etc). Then we spent hours talking about music for the reception. He goes over every genre of music to see what you like and don't like. Then he'll play you examples of all the types of music within each genre to get at what you love specifically. He takes notes the entire time of what songs you really want him to play and responded too. He will also take extensive notes on what NOT to play (which is sometimes MORE important). He will also note where in the song you'd like him to begin playing. Not to mention with his HUGE archive of music, he offers a lot of great ideas for music to play if you're stuck!

John is also extremely flexible! We had ceremony musicians, and that day, before the ceremony, the musicians needed to mic'ed up and John was able to mic them up into his system so the musicians sounded wonderful! He always arrives with EXTRA equipment, just in case! The officiant and groom were also mic'ed up and all our guests could hear, which is important in our high-ceiling reception hall.

The dancefloor was PACKED all night. John can read the crowd and play to what they want to hear. His transitions are great and kept everyone dancing. We received NUMEROUS compliments from our guests about how great the music was and have already referred John to our friends!
