We stayed here for our wedding night. The room was beautiful, and the view of the arch was breathtaking! We booked a special package with champagne and chocolate. When we got to the room none of these things were there and they couldn’t fix it that night, so they ended up discounting our package the next day. We were a bit disappointed!

Chas was our biggest dissappointment. We stated and had it down on our contract that we wanted certain things done in a particular way, and even though the editing was "satisfactory", the video of our whole day was only 23 minutes long and did not contain any of the things we specifically asked about. We asked him to capture some words from our parents and families and he didn’t do it. He told me that nobody wanted to be taped. When I asked my family, they all said they were not even approached! When I asked Chas about it, he said that this is all he had on tape and he couldn’t do more. He refused to do anything to make up for it. He even wanted to charge us more to correct certain things. We were very very dissappointed!

The showroom made it so easy for us to pick what silverware and glassware we wanted to go with. Their prices were very reasonable and their staff very knowledgeable! Everything was delivered on time and they were supposed to pick up everything on the Monday following our wedding.

But another rental company picked up their items by mistake. They waited until we got back from our honeymoon to call us and let us know that they will not charge us any late fees for return. I was extremely pleased! The even dealt directly with the other company to get their rentals back!

The Hall is gorgeous and just big enough for 120 guests. It made the reception feel cozy! The architecture is beautiful and it’s located across the street from the Chapel so it was a one stop for our guests! We loved it. The lighting is gorgeous and it’s in the middle of New Town so it makes it a walking distance from a extensive number of photo ops!

Chad was amazing. We booked him when he first moved back from California and it was the best decision we ever made. He was there for the whole day, he was very professional. It took forever to get our pictures back, but they were so amazing! We loved them all.

We used Mark as our wedding ceremony officiant. Mark is a friend and he was easy to work with while we were preparing the ceremony. He let us customize everything, pick our own readings and he was great to work with! We were very pleased! He also does photography.

We didn't rent tuxedos for the wedding, instead all of the men purchased suits from Kohl's. The groomsmen were very pleased that we decided to buy suits instead of renting tuxes. They were able to wear their suits again after the wedding.

I got samples from paper source then picked my colors, ordered my pocket folds and did the invitations myself. The colors were gorgeous and we went with a bright red! Everybody loved them and I was very pleased with paper source’s customer service. They are very helpful.

We booked a last minute honeymoon on expedia and we couldn’t be happier. We went to Puerto Rico and absolutely loved it. The hotels we stayed at were amazing and the beaches AMAZING!

Metro was absolutely wonderful. After my horrible experience with Fusajiro, Metro was just amazing. They had snacks and mimosas ready for us, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The whole team was unbelievable. I loved my hair and so did my bridesmaids and my mom! (Amy was my stylist).
