You REALLY can't tell from the outside of this place... but the inside is gorgeous! Everything went perfect here. The price was very competitive. Lori (or Lora) was super helpful. The food was DELICIOUS. I got the full shebang package here and was not disappointed. My wedding was just awesome. My only gripe is that they weren't very supportive with do-it-yourself stuff. Like I wanted to make my own centerpieces...but they wouldn't help put them out on the tables or anything... they really want you to upgrade stuff and use their centerpieces and stuff (which I ended up having to do) Other than that, it was flawless!

Ok, the best thing about this place was that I could finance for a year no interest. That's why I bought here. Loved my dress and bridesmaids dresses. Alterations are too expensive here. Here's my advise. DO NOT go to the Harlem location. Worst customer service ever there. It will be well worth the drive to got to the Schaumburg or Vernon Hills locations. Trust me! I had 13 bridesmaids, all live in the city and all of them had to go to a different location because they were treated so rudely. They bbrought out the wrong dresses and the sales lady argued with them when they told her it was the wrong dress. They just walked out. I mean, I was spending $2500, they should be a bit courteous maybe? Ya think? Wow that location is terrible. Please go to the Vernon hills or Schaumburg one instead. If it weren't for the harlem location.. I probably would've given 5 stars.

Wow.. again, I was lucky here too. I know this place is small, unassuming, and not very showy... but the lady (I forgot her name) is super nice and I got SO much for my money. I literally saved thousands of dollars! Plus, again...all the other florists I went to were really pushy in the sales area. I hate that with a passion. This lady was not at all pushy and she actually helped me make decisions that saved me money. Very cool. Oh yeah, and my flowers were better than I expected for what I paid. Very pleasant wedding day surprise! My jaw just dropped when I saw my bouquet. They held up all night too.

I can't say enough good stuff about this place. Sales lady Leslie was SO nice and not at all pushy (I hate sales people usually.) I actually cried when I came here because, after going to 5 other studios, I was absolutely crushed and thought I wasn't going to be able to have a photographer or an album. But this place had the same packages at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. My coworker always brags about her $3000 album and mine was only $1495 and everyone thinks mine is actually better! Plus I got all my files and proofs and stuff :-) OMG my album is to die for beautiful. I cried when I saw that too! It just captures the day so well...it was like reliving my wedding. Anyway, love my pictures, loved my photographer...I agree with the previous review..I'm so glad I found this place.
