Like many of the other brides I only stopped by David's Bridal on a lark and ended up buying my dress on that trip. I had visited 5 bridal shops before that, from a Vera Wang collection to discount designer dresses to a outlet of sorts.

I liked David's bridal the best because they really have everything and for a reasonable price (mine was only $400). They don't pressure you like other discount stores and the price (not including the expensive alterations) isn't in the thousands for a dress that ended up looking wonderful.

Also the salesperson that helped me actually picked out the dress I ended up buying saying I just had to try it (even though by description it was not at all what I was looking for), and once I tried it on I just told my bridesmaid... I think this is it.

I got alterations done here.. which I would suggest you go elsewhere if you have any recommendations. The first time I came to pick it up at the appointed time (you can only pick it up M, W, F) they said it was going to take another hour, however I stopped out at lunch to pick it up and so I had to reschedule the pick up. (If I didn't end up taking time off before the wedding this would have been a major hassle). Also I thought it was a bit expensive because the dress fit me perfectly I only needed a bustle and a hem and that cost almost $200. (I'm not sure how much it should cost but it seemed a bit high)

Olga and her daughter Lilit were amazing! They were recommended to me by my mother in laws friend and it was one of the best vendor recommendations we got. We brought Olga these swans my grandmother made and a vague idea that I wanted them to look like they are a lake and Olga made that thought into a gorgeous reality beyond my expectations, all the while keeping within my budget. What made it a bigger challenge was our colors are blue and white, and there are a limited number of blue flowers, but her knowledge of flowers was immensely helpful.

The day of Olga was incredible. We used parts of the centerpieces as alter pieces and the wind knocked over one and a guest knocked over the other and Olga rushed back to make two new pieces. On top of that one of the vases of large arraingements overturned before the ceremony and Olga rushed back with sturdiers tands and filled the empty vase with additional flowers. Not only that the bouquet was absolutely above and beyond as was the cake decorations and everything. My favorite thing about Olga is that not only will she give you an itemized receipt so you know exactly where your money is going but she's so easy to work with and I didn't have a care in the world the day of because she took care of everything.

Not only that, when we came back from our honeymoon Olga and Lilit sent us this beautiful arraingement that is absolutely gorgeous. Everything she does is amazing!
