The Cotillion has great customer service. The places has gorgeous chandeliers and the food was great. All of my guests were raving about the food and how stunning the place looked. The owner was very nice and helpful he walked us around and showed us everything, even the kitchen and he was very honest and helpful. The place is quality and has reasonabl prices. I looked at many reception venues that had comparable prices and none of them compared to The Cotillion. The place is beautiful, they have great food, and it's beautiful.

I did not get my dress here but I went dress shopping at this shop. Considering that this is a shop that has good reviews and carries a lot of high end dresses I did not find anything I like there. I think I was paired up with the wrong consultant as I explained to her what I was looking for brought pictures in but she kept bringing dresses that did not go with my taste or what I was looking for. I also went shopping here for BMs dresses and my consultant than was super nice and very helpful, I didnt find anything I liked there either for BMs dresses. I think it really depends on your wedding consultant but I am glad I bought my dress from Wedding Belles they had top customer service.

I bought my bridesmaid dresses from POB. They have very nice bridesmaid dresses and I chose them b/c they had the color of gray I was looking for and their dresses do not look like your typical bridesmaid dresses. The consultant assigned to me was really nice and helpful. The only negative I have is that I had my bms choose the style of dress they wanted so everyone had a different style and there were a few that ordered the same style, so when my MOH ordered her style it was 1 number off from the style that a few of the girls ordered, so the consultant entered her style wrong. Needless to say it was our fault b/c we did not pay attention to the style on the contract and signed the contract without making sure the consultant got the right style. Regardless once we got the dresses and realized that the wrong style had been ordered they were not willing to exchange the style or work with us, so my MOH had to keep that style. Another thing that they do is recommend a size bigger than what your measurements are if the measurements don't fall on an exact size. Therefore there was a few bridesmaid who had to get alterations on their dress one size smaller than what they were recommended to order. I am not sure if they do this in hopes you will do alterations with them, but their alteration prices are ridiculous, one of my BMS was quoted $240 for alterations b/c her dress was 1 size too big (thats what the consultant recommended her to get). Needless to say that BM took her dress to Mary Catomy and only paid $40 and the dress came out perfect.

The dresses are elegant but just make sure you ordered the right size and pay attention to the style entered by the consultant before you sign the contract. Also do not get your alterations there they are tooo pricey!!
