This was a great keepsake for us to have to look at right after the wedding. Our guests had a blast with the poloroid camera and taking silly pictures. We loved reading what our guests had to say next to their pictures. Since we had to wait awhile for our professional photos it was nice to have a keepsake to enjoy until we were able to see the other photos.

Going to this show was a family affair for us - my fiancee's parents, sister and I all attended. As a guy, I was overwhelmed by how much was going on, but figured my fiancee would love it. Turned out she felt there was too much to see and was overwhelmed by how many vendors were there too. It was just too much to see in not enough time. Where we thought we'd accomplish a lot, we barely got anything done.

We had looked at rings for me at several jewelers where we live and had not been able to find anything that I really wanted to look at on my finger everyday. We were having lunch in hillsboro village and stopped in to look. What honestly sold us on buying my ring there was the service. They were attentive without being pushy, and had a great selection of rings.

Since we had a lot of out of town guests, we wanted to leave goody bags in their rooms with some local Nashville goodies. We ordered an assortment of bags from this site and had them custom printed with the personalized logo that we used for our wedding. Our guests loved the personalization and really enjoyed everything we put in them. The packaging was well worth the extra money.

My wife chose Bari Jay gowns for her bridesmaids dresses and wanted her maid of honor to be able to try on the gown before making a final decision. After much searching, she was able to find it at the Spoiled Lady. She called and had them hold the dress until her friend could come in. They were great at being flexible with our needs and her maids were able to purchase and have their dresses altered here.

Again, we walked in here on a whim just to look at invitation ideas. We didn't end up purchasing but they had a great selection. We made it clear to the sales lady that we weren't ready to purchase and she was still very helpful in answering our questions and guiding us to what would fit our budget.

My mother in law is one of those do it yourself advocates and since we were leaning towards a very simple centerpiece, we let her do the centerpieces. She ordered the flowers through Import Flowers which is a wholesaler in downtown Nashville. The flowers arrived on time and in excellent condition. We saved a lot of money by ordering through Import and doing it ourselves. The one negative is that it adds an extra thing to be done to your list rather than just paying someone else to worry about it.

My fiancee is extremely picky when it comes to her makeup - she is the kind of girl who is putting on lipstick before we even leave the dinner table if we're out at a restaurant. Our photographer encouraged us to use a makeup artist so that we wouldn't look washed out in our photographs. He recommended Lisa and I'm so glad we did. I even let her put some powder on me since I was 'shiny' during pictures, and I think it made a difference. Either way, my wife was really happy with how she looked and we loved working with Lisa.

My fiancee went in to look at dresses on a whim after passing by. The lady who was working did not seem thrilled that we were 'just browsing', especially after revealing what our budget was for her dress. She actually found a few dresses that she loved, but after feeling less than welcome, we decided to just find the same dress at another shop that would at least be appreciative of our business.

My fiancee's family is from Nashville, so even though we are from out of town, she wanted to get married in Nashville. We came up for a weekend to check out some of the vendors and wanted some privacy, so we decided to stay at Opryland. What a BEAUTIFUL hotel. We at eat Ristorante Volare and the food was amazing, not to mention the service was great. We enjoyed our our visit there so much we actually considered having our rehearsal dinner at that restaurant.
