Went to Macys with my bridesmaids (there are only 3) to see if we could find dresses for them. The person we talked to was very helpful, we told her the colors and she new exactly where all the choices were and she even modified her search based on what we liked and didn't like. And when we finally found what we wanted she even gave us a small discount on everything. Made it very easy!
Our guests are all from the west coast and we were able to reserve a block of rooms for our guests at a discounted price, and they also offered to not only provide shuttle service to the airport, but also shuttle service to our ceremony which is pretty out there. Very satisfied. :)

Rates were incredibly cheap for our return flight to CA, but the direct flights were nearly packed. We booked on the phone, though, and when we told them it would be right after our wedding, they did some juggling to get us seats we wanted next to each other. Go United! Flying can be difficult, but at least United still knows it's about the customer, you.
Everyone we were inviting uses email primarily and some live overseas, and as our wedding was more casual, it seemed the easiest choice. However, while everyone looked, not everyone replied via the evite (some via phone and some via email) and there is no option to let the organizer edit responses for the guests. Further, we sent out family invites via one email, but evite seemed to have difficulty understanding this concept. Regardless, we have almost all the replies now and the evite itself was cute and personalized. Would be better for the bridal shower or guy's outing, rather than the wedding.
Friendly, helpful, I was going to buy one of her dresses and have alterations done, but when I explained what I wanted to do, they told me they could do it for me with no extra wait! I paid about 100 extra, but it was well worth it as I changed the color of the lace and ribbons and so everything was Jessica McClintock. And it's beautiful.
