I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. When my husband and I went in for our tasting appointment, we were forced to wait for almost an hour while the owner chatted on the phone right in front of us (and trust me, she knew we were there waiting for her). When she finally decided to grace us with her presence, we were informed that they only had 3 of their many flavor combos available for our tasting. What we were able to taste was dry, flavorless and uninspired. The owner was very pushy, telling us to order an overpriced cake that day or else there was little chance they'd be able to accommodate us. At the same time, she acted like she could care less if we ever came back. Needless to say, we ran out of that place and never looked back.

I stayed at this hotel the night before the wedding with my Bridesmaids and the night of my wedding with my husband and just loved it! The rooms are so lovely and wonderful with the fireplaces, cozy beds, and insane ocean views. The included breakfasts are great because they serve yummy coffee, fruit, cereal, rolls, and so forth and you can eat it all on a gorgeous patio area that practically sits right on top of the ocean. The staff was also incredibly kind and patient with me. Highly recommended and very romantic!

My wedding cake was so delicious and pretty. My only issue is that I ordered my cake as a 3-tier, stacked cake, and it arrived at my reception with the two bottom tiers stacked and the top layer on those annoying, ugly risers. It also had an ugly tulle looking thing on the bottom that I wasn't anticipating. I still thought it looked beautiful and I'm not a big cake bride so I really don't care that much, but it just indicates that they didn't really follow the contract. However, I did call them post-wedding and they agreed to give us an anniversary cake in the same style and flavor as our wedding cake for free, so now I'm totally happy! Despite my little issue, Hansen's makes the most consistently delicious cakes in the area and I highly recommend them! I looked around A LOT so I can definitely attest to this! Also, they have some of the best prices in the area. One thing to consider is that their display books and galleries don't really offer the most modern designs, so you'll have to tell them and show them a picture of exactly what you want.

I loved my invitations because they were exactly what I wanted and super easy to customize. I'm sure I could have replicated my invites elsewhere for less money, but as a busy professional I don't have this kind of time to shop around or do it myself, so this was the perfect option for me. I love their "word wizard" because it helps you pick out your wording (and make any necessary modifications) by giving you a number of the most common arrangements for invites (ranging from super formal to super casual).

The only reason this site doesn't get a 5 stars is twofold: 1) I feel that for the price I paid they should have come pre-assembled; 2) they were about a week behind in getting my invites to me, which to a bride can sometimes equal a lifetime.

He lost all of my pictures and took my money for an album deposit and ran. If you want more details, feel free to email me at: courbu4@yahoo.com

Look him up on the Better Business Bureau. His grade there speaks for itself.

Apart from this, I was very disappointed overall with the quality of his work and his annoying mannerisms at our wedding. He was my one major regret about our wedding and I truly wish I would've sucked it up and spent more on a great photographer. As has been said many times before, you get what you pay for.

The Sunset was wonderful for my wedding reception and everything I could have hoped for. The food was even better than I thought it would be! Kelly Ann was a total doll and a riot to work with, and definitely dealt with my bridal craziness in stride. The night of the wedding was so much fun, and I've heard nothing back from guests but compliments on how yummy the food was and how fun the staff was. Everyone also keeps commenting on how fun and well-run the cocktail hour was (even though I freakin' missed it) because the hors d'oeuvres and cocktails were constantly flowing and nobody ever had to ask to be helped. Apparently the cocktails I had requested were constantly floating around on trays like there was a limitless supply. . .love it! Anyways, I would whole-heartedly recommend this location to any bride who is a foodie and who wants to be married on the beach. Here's a few things to keep in mind: 1) I didn't have my ceremony there because the beach (while gorgeous) is public and thus can be quite crowded in the summer (not much of an issue in other seasons); 2) Malibu has a noise ordinance so your band/DJ will have to shut down relatively early (I believe 11:30); and 3) I don't think they offer a buffet or food station option (please double check with the venue first because they may have changed their policy since I had my wedding).

Overall, I highly recommend this venue and had such a great time!

Actually, you get two hours at the chapel: an hour before your ceremony starts, the time for your ceremony (which is generally about 20 minutes) and the remainder of the second hour for pictures. This means that weddings are actually scheduled every 2 hours on even hours. I can't imagine anyone needing more than this time for just the ceremony. Your photographer is allowed inside the chapel, but must only take pictures from the rear. I understand this is a standard practice inside many churches. If you use the chapel videographer (who is very good) and one of the many chapel approved photographers (all of which are good), you can have your photographer arrange with the videographer to take stills from the front of the chapel in either of the two video cameras embedded in the front.

My husband and I had the most amazing time on our honeymoon, and it was totally unique, long, and reasonably priced! We spent around $5K to go to Langkawi in Malaysia, Singapore, and Bali for over two weeks. We stayed in very exclusive hotels, flew on Singapore Airlines, and had 5 star service all across the board. It was truly an amazing experience and I wouldn't trade it for the world! I highly recommend this travel site because they offer amazing trips and are super friendly (talk to Daryl).

This place is amazing and custom makes the most gorgeous creations. I ADORE my asscher cut engagement ring and the matching diamond wedding band they made to match it perfectly. I also get compliments on it ALL the time. Their style is very reminiscent of Daniel K, but without the hefty price tag. Go in and see their work!!! It's right next to Icing on the Ring where my hubby's ring ultimately ended up coming from.

These guys are so talented and so much fun. They were amazing at our wedding and are just so not cliche and so not cheesy, which is probably because they don't normally do weddings (trust me, this is a GOOD thing). They play great blues, rock, and a ton of well-known covers from the great rock eras. Their original music is to die for, and all of our guests had the best time dancing to them and just listening to their great musicianship thru our cocktail and dinner hours. I truly cannot recommend them enough.
