I actually booked Alicia, one of Amanda's assistants to do my wedding, and it was by far THE BEST decision I made throughout the whole wedding planning process!!!! I was hesitant to get a wedding coordinator when I first started wedding planning, being the control freak that I am, but I started getting overwhelmed pretty quickly. Even though I hired her with only 3 months to go and I was so scatterbrained when it came to vendors and their contracts, Alicia totally picked up where I left off and helped me make sense of everything. She was so good at getting everything organized and coming up with all these great ideas. Just when I thought I was going to have the perfect wedding, she would come up with something to make it even MORE special! She even made sure that, after the wedding, everything was accounted for and that we fulfilled all our obligations to other vendors.
We had such a great wedding day and it wasn’t just because of all the little details that Alicia paid attention too, it was mostly because I didn’t have to worry about a thing!!!! I received so many compliments about how beautiful our reception was, how cool our tables looked, how everything went so smoothly, and I owe it all to Alicia. She even decorated the top of our cake with a beautiful floral arrangement.
I can’t praise Alicia’s hard work, creativity, and patience enough. I was blessed to have someone like her watching over my big day and I tell everyone I know (whether or not their getting married, haha).
