This travel agency did a great job with booking our trip for our honeymoon. Our destination honeymoon to Negril was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The locals, the scenery, the beach, were picture perfect. My self and my hubby loved it. It was perfect! Did not have one complaint!

The linens and beds were very comfortable and the place was very neat. When we finally went to bed (it was a long night after our reception!), the sheets smelled so fresh and clean. The staff treated us extra special since it was our wedding night. The location was near our reception location which was why we chose it. We made a good choice.


When the food arrived and was served to us we both took one bite and gauged. We turned to each other and asked how the other's meal tasted. In our own way we both made a face to each other that only a married couple would understand. We instantly decided not to eat the food. It was beyond disgusting. One of my co workers begged to get the job and assured us that the food would be good. Let me say we do not speak anymore! Always test the food first, horrible!

I was very pleased with their services. On the day of the wedding, they were on time, courteous and inconspicuous! I really didn't want to see a bunch of camera guys in my face, and they stayed in the background. They did a great job without having to cause any type of disturbance. The wedding DVD came out so beautiful. I highly recommend the video services of them.

They were nice up until the day of the wedding. First of all, do not have an attitude with me, when it was YOU that sent the wrong item and also have an emergency number where people can call! Most people get married on the weekend, and you should be accessible to your clients. Your delivery personnel acted like morons! Get it together.

Pastor Trevor is very pleasant has a wonderful personality. He conducted the ceremony very quickly and thoroughly, and made some very important notes not only on when you get married but how to stay happily married and continue to build your bond. Pastor Trevor was a very powerful speaker!

I actually received a gift card from them at my bridal shower and decided to try them to cut expenses. I was smart though since I wore a tiara, all I got was a simple bun. They did a good job because honestly who could mess up something so simple. The stylist could have been a little more personable, she was kind of stiff, I think her name was Michelle, I think. That is how dry she was I don’t remember her name.

We walked in to the store and already knew exactly what rings we wanted. The manager showed us on everything we wanted to know about Diamonds. We also were able to save us a lot for money since we bought everything in sets. He made the whole process enjoyable and we were approved for the financing without a problem.

This is what my husband said: I wanted a vest with my tuxedo, and didn't exactly know what kind I would want to go with it. This customer service representative brought out merchandise for me to try on, and assured me that it would be altered to my liking and correct fitting; He had a pleasant attitude and took care of all us including all of my groomsmen.

I know everyone probably uses this place but I would not recommend it, they caught me with the $99 dollar wedding dress advertisement. That is some crap. If you find any dresses in that price range they are the plainest, most ugliest dresses that no one would want, ever. I actually spent like $400.00 on my gown from there. I could have gone anywhere else to spend that kind of money.
