The price varied per person and what they wanted but D'Livia's salon was an excellent place for me and my bridesmaids to get our hair and nails done. They had several girls who helped and got he job done quickly, but well. We had some drinks while we rotated who was getting their hair and nails done. It was fun, efficiant, and budget friendly all at the same time! I would definitely recommend this hair/nail salon to a bride and her bridesmaids!
Oh, and if you have enough bridesmaids, some stylist there will do the bride for free!

This is one DJ and his wife and they are very helpful. He was the first DJ that I spoke with and I decided to go with him! He gave me his price up front but when I let him know that I was on a tight budget he said he was willing to work with me, and he did! This price was for 6 hours and well worth it. His website also offers some ideas for photographers that were very helpful. He was also willing to tell me that if I keep looking I will probably find some DJ's for less, but also some for more. Very up front, and experienced, I would definitely recommend them!

We decided to use the Father Bush Hall connected to Holy Family in Grand Blanc Michigan. This location can hold up to 400 people, has a dance floor, a stage, a bar, and a kitchen. They require you to have a licensed caterer, which doesn't work if you are planning on doing your own food, or just cake and punch, but other wise is no problem! They also will give you a list of caterers that work with them frequently and who is the most resonable. They have bartenders that are very inexpensive and convenient! I would recommend this location for a reception!

We decided that we would get flowers from Cosco to save some money and it has turned out great! You can look online at their flower selections, and their prices are totally resonable! You can buy them already made up for your wedding, or if you know someone who can do that for you, or want to do it yourself, they also have an option to purchase flowers in bulk! That is the way we decided to go and it has been excellent! I would recommend this to anyone looking to cut costs!

An excellent idea for a rehearsal dinner is casual at home with the family and order pizza! That is what we decided to do, and it is perfect! It saves you money and it is relaxed. We put together a slide show of pictures of us when we were young and when we started dating, and we also had our families wedding pictures. I would recommend this idea to anyone looking to stretch a buck with your wedding planning!

Davison Bridal is where I decided on a dress. I fell in love with two dresses there, they have a wonderful selection. Not only do they have bridal gowns but they also have dresses for other occasions, such as school dances. They had a room set a side for a bride, and someone to specifically help you. The bridal dressing room was spacious and had plenty of mirrors, also a small platform to stand on. You were allowed to search through the dresses yourself or they would look for you according to your style. Then they would carry the dress back to your room while they continued looking. You were not required to have an appointment, and they had free booklets with local vendors for you to take. Definitely would recommend this bridal shop!

The woman who I have hired to do my make-up is a Mary Kay consultant and has been very helpful. She was willing to work around my schedule and with my budget. She was willing to come to me at my house, or at the salon where I was getting my hair done, or the church. She also said that I could come to her house to get it done. She has been very professional so far and does excellent make up, I would definitely recommend Mary Kay consultants to do wedding make up!

I had an appointment to go in to try on wedding dresses at 2:30. We got there a few minutes early and gave our information to the lady at the front desk. We then proceeded to wait long past when we had our appointment. We started looking around at dresses and were scolded because the lady at the desk we spoke to had actually forgotten who we were at that we had already checked in, and thought that we had skipped this process. When we were finally moved into a room to try on before I could try anything on they made me move to a different room so that bridal party could use the area I was in and I wouldn't be in there way. The only positive thing about the experience was the helpful woman who ended up working with me in the end. I would not recommend using David's Bridal.

They were willing to work with us on our premarital counseling which was huge because it normally takes 6-8 months and we did not have that long. Also we were from out of town and work a lot and so they had to work arond our schedules, they were very willing! If we wanted it the area for a small reception would have been free with the rental of the sanctuary. Definitely would recommend this site!

This jeweler is where my fiance got my ring before he proposed and where we got both of our wedding bands. They were unbelievably helpful and were more than willing to work with us on prices. They were honest in telling us what we were getting and we felt like we really got what we paid for with them! I would definitely recommend them!
