Men's wearhouse did a great job in measuring my husband and his groomsmen for their suits. We had a couple of out of town groomsmen who were able to go to their local Men's Wearhouse and get themselves measured and have their suits picked up here. Overall the pricing was good and convenient.

This Company is a model for superior customer service. When it comes to customer service they need to hold classes for other companies who are lacking in that area. We were treated as if we were family. They customized out trip to Hawaii to the tee and they made my honeymoon the best it possibly could've been.

The cake looked exactly how it was supposed to, three tiers with the cake toppers that we provided; it arrived intact and tasted delicious. Plus you don't pay extra for the amount or type of frosting being that they used a whole lot of it, and the special filling we choose, had no real complaints.

They were very unprofessional, employees talking on the cell phones the two times we went in to look at the rental options. They delivered everything late and arrived late to pick it up after the reception. The delivery guy’s pants were hanging off his behind…yuck! They should consider paying a higher wage and get better employees.


I really did not like this vendor. Their organization is very poor. We rented a 14 passenger stretch hummer, and our driver ended up getting lost resulting in our whole schedule being thrown off. They never apologized and did not give any sort of refund. In fact, they charged us for the extra time that was not even our faults.

-1 Stars! This guy came up to our wedding site and filmed the wedding in and never sent us our video. He disconnected all phones, did not answer emails and moved from his address on the internet. Do not be surprised when you see me on Judge Joe Brown with this guy, loser!

Absolutely would NEVER recommend this vendor to anyone. If you want to ensure that those special moments are captured please go somewhere else. My pictures looked like they were taken by Polaroid’s, like seriously. I stopped payment on the check and since this last month doesn’t know what to expect and don’t really care.

It was too bad that they did make my bridesmaid bouquets with granadillas which I specifically said I didn't want. Even though there was the flower mix up the bouquets were very pretty. The boutonnieres she made were lovely, but they looked dead in like two hours.

I received the invitations I had imagined because they were able to make them exactly as I designed them! They were on point to what I had specified I had wanted them to look like design and color wise; I got so many compliments after they were sent out! They are the best, totally awesome!

They are busy and popular enough that you can't just pounce in at the last minute and expect everyone to drop what they are doing. They will though they try their best to accommodate you. The seamstress was honest with me and told me the likelihood of getting back my dress in time was going to be cutting it close, but she made it happen.
