We especially appreciated the no-pressure from their knowledgeable sales staff... no commission, no pressure.Their sales person spent more than an hour with us, and taught us a lot about buying a diamond... was completely professional and made the experience fun. And they mean their lifetime guarantee. One of the small stones in my band fell out last week and they immediately replaced it at no cost and with no questions. I just sent my best friend there for her rings, and she's equally happy.

Loved this shop... it was wonderful to have a place that had such a wonderful & large selection of dresses that I could try on. They were so professional and helpful, and it made buying a dress - something i'd been dreading after a horrible experience at another small shoppe - a true joy.
