My wife was referred to Celia through a friend and the response Celia sent my wife, almost immediately, raised my eyebrows! Ease of access via email or phone. Questions were answered promptly--and this was just making an official date/appointment! Her presence was known at our ceremony and she has a comforting aura and personality. Very good speaker, excellent pitch and tone with emphasis on the bride and grooms vows. I know I will not be needing ANOTHER ceremony, but, if someone were searching for an officiant, CELIA MILTON is the way to go!!!!
