I am very pleased with the service I received from Ed. He was very professional and very quick to respond and deliver products. I'm very pleased with the cake topper he made me, it was exactly how it was described, arrived quickly and well worth the cost. I highly recommend Ed for your unfinished wood products you may need.
I ordered a 5" Chopin Script "G" and 2 3" block letters, "S" and "R" and paid just over $20 including shipping.

This store just opened and perhaps they are still trying to work out the kinks but my experience at this store was less than satisfying. I had called earlier and was told that to simply browse we would be able to walk in. Okay, so a friend and I went to browse but we were told that we would have to make an appointment. That's fine, I saw that it was a bit busy, I didn't see a problem in looking around but we complied and came back 2 hours later after lunch. When we returned from lunch for our appointment, we were assigned a particular consultant. She grabbed the dresses we were interested in and put them in a room, hung her name on the door and left. We never saw her again and another lady came to help. This lady continuously brought my bridesmaid dresses that were the complete opposite of what we said we were looking for. The one particular dress that we liked was only available in a size 20 and my friend was swimming in the dress. It was practically wrapped around her 2 times. I asked the consultant if my bridesmaid would be able to try on a pair of shoes to get an idea of the length of the dress with heels, and the consultant was very hesitant to allow her to use the shoes, asking her if she was interested in purchasing any particular pair. I was also very disappointed that they did not carry a single dress in the store in the color that I was looking for. They had the swatch but it was only in satin and not in chiffon (and no they are not exactly the same). I really liked that dress and they probably would have had a sale x 6 girls but because they didn't have anything to show me or for my girls to try on to get a "realistic" idea of the dress....we left. I didn't feel that as a bride I got the attention that I have received at other stores. I do not recommend this store. If you are looking for an Alfred Angelo dress in the Las Vegas area, check their Henderson location first. Otherwise go to an authorized salon that carries it and get the customer service you deserve. 1 star for my review is already generous.

This was an amazing family-owned boutique. Kim was so helpful and kind and was very patient. Unfortunately this store will be closing down before the new year so if you can make it in before then, their entire inventory is 55% off.
