I never met Bryan but I spoke with him over the phone. He was nice and my lighting was like I wanted it. I’ve been told his prices are really good compared to other lighting companies.

We stayed here the night of the wedding we booked an executive suite. The hotel is beautiful but I was expecting the rooms to be nicer. Don’t get me wrong the room was nice but since those so much talk about the Bohemian I thought it would be a bit fancier. FI and I both booked a room with out knowing the other had booked a room. The front desk attendant was really nice and he canceled one of the reservations without a problem. They also placed rose petals on top of the bed in a shape of a heart.

The last hour of the reception we had a crazy hour. We provided the guest with funny hats, glasses, mardi gras beads, and noise makers. During this time the DJ plays upbeat and fun music. The guest loved it and really had a good time with it.

We specifically wanted a DJ who was familiar with Spanish and reggae music (I’m Spanish and FI Jamaican). So we searched, found G Clef, and hired him. The week of the wedding he tells me that his aunt in NJ is really sick and he may have to travel. If so he will not be able to DJ the wedding but his wife would. Ok I totally understand things happened and would not have been upset with him if he could not DJ our wedding but I was not thrilled about his wife taking over. Her full time job is as a beautician but she does DJ since he has taught her. But we really did not know her, or how she plays. We interviewed him and felt comfortable with him. FI did not like this idea and called him telling him if he could not confirm 100% that we would go with someone else. They went back and forth (conversating not arguing) and he got back to us telling us yes he was 100% sure he would be there. And what a great job he did. Our guest are a diverse group: young, “older”, and from different race backgrounds. Everyone was up on the dance floor dancing having a good time and that’s what we wanted. He definitely took part in making our wedding what we envisioned. I could not ask for everything else in a DJ he was PERFECT for our wedding, I would totally recommend him, he was very organized and professional during the wedding. And he's affordable.

When I met Julie I felt like she did not like me but she did come around during the end of the meeting . She also annoyed me when she kept telling me the price difference of butter cream and fondant when I already told her x amount of times I wanted fondant. I decided to go with her because because of all the recommendations we got, even though I was also told that her personality is a little different. When I go pay my balance she asked me again so butter cream or fondant?????, LOL. I’m really not a cake person but when I told my mom I was not going to have one she almost fell over. The cake was beautiful and tasted really good (esp. with the ice cream Arthur’s served it with). I would recommend her, the cake was gorgeous, delicious, and on time.

The guests are raving about how great the food was. Many have confessed how they went for seconds =). The service they provided was excellent, above average, punctual, and professional. One of the servers had to get rid of a WEDDING CRASHER we had, which he did in a professional manner. Some random guy just went up, served himself a plate, sat by the bar, and starting eating (LOL). We called our cocktail hour the "martini hour" and had "Michitini's and Patricktini's. Guest loved it. Lori was great to work with; she took care of all of our concerns. I suggest you pay gratuity before the wedding even though they don’t include it in the bill. I think they should just include it in the bill instead of writing in the bill “Arthur’s will not add a gratuity to your invoice. We believe that gratuities should be based on the quality of service you receive at your event, not a percentage of your bill.” They’ll ask for it during the wedding and that was not cool that my wedding planner had to ask my MIL for the money during the reception. I don’t remember what % they asked for but it was over $1000.00. They did an amazing job but just wish they would have asked to take care of this before the wedding.

I love our venue it was so us, different, fun, modern, and unique. Even the older guest loved the venue. If you’re having your wedding here I would suggest you provide sitting on the 1st floor during the cocktail hour. If you want music during cocktail hour make sure your DJ knows because their equipment will be set up on the 2nd floor for the reception. If your ceremony will be in a different venue I would suggest you provide the guest with directions to CAF and let them know where to park. Some of our guest got lost. CAF is new to many people and does not look like a wedding venue from the outside. Also if your going to have a photo booth I would suggest not having it in the area in front of the stairs. I wanted it to be used mostly during the cocktail hour but many guest did not see it until they had to go upstairs for the reception. It’s a great venue and I would totally recommend it.

Sonya was the 1st and only wedding planner we met with. FI and I clicked with her immediately. She’s super sweet so it would be hard not to get along with her and the price she quoted us was great. She recommended great vendors as well as saved us a lot of time and money. Our wedding was exactly what we wanted it to be. One of her planners Gina helped during the ceremony and she was great. FI forgot the rings at the hotel in one of the GMs car and she went and got them for us. I did not stress at all they took care of everything on our wedding day. One of my guest told me” you can tell you had a planner because of all the details and everything went smoothly.” I wanted a fun and modern wedding with lots of “bling bling” and that’s what I got.

Our guest we’re really excited about the photo booth and thought it was a really cool idea. It got the guest to interact and help set the tone of a fun wedding. I suggest finding out how long you have it for, I assumed for the whole wedding. 30 minutes before the end of the reception husband and I go to take pictures and they're all packed up.

We rented sliver chivari chairs from them. When I go to pay my balance they tell me, that for some reason when I placed my order the computer did not show that someone else had already rented the majority of the sliver chairs they had??????? So super wedding planner Sonya tells them they will have to rent them from somebody else and pay the difference (the chairs were more expensive everywhere else). And sure enough that’s what happened. Even with this mishap I would recommend them because they took responsibility of their mistake and took care of it.
