LOVED this hotel!! We were driving through Pacific Heights and happened to pass it. We took a tour of the rooms and fell in love with the charm of this boutique hotel. We had a lot of out of town guests so we wanted a place close to our wedding location and other tourist activities, but not in the heart of all of the tourist attractions.

The rooms are so quaint and beautiful and if you reserve the 2 bedroom suites, you will have a gorgeous view of both the water and downtown. You also get a complimentary European style breakfast and wine/appetizer reception in this cute dining room. All of our guests joined every morning and evening and took over the whole dining room. It was so much fun!

The staff was always so friendly and helpful. I was able to negotiate a very good rate with our room block by working with the manager Gerard.

We hired a trio through Music To Go! and loved them! Our contact was very easy to work with and was available to answer any questions we had.

They sounded great on the day of the wedding and were able to play all of the songs we requested. They're super cheap too!

This store is so cute! The selection was great and the women working were so friendly. I took my bridesmaids in and tried on a few dresses and fell in love with a Vera Wang. The entire experience was so easy and perfect. Plus, this store doesn't up charge you to make a profit for themselves. The ordering process was great and our dresses even came in a couple of weeks early!

We loved this chapel! The ground around it are a little run down which is unfortunate because the church is so cute and very warm feeling. We had 170 guests and completely booked out the pews. It was great to look to the back of the church and see warm smiling faces and not empty pews! The dark exposed beams on the ceiling with gold inscriptions and the chandeliers made for great pictures!

The other up side is that this chapel is way cheaper than most of the locations offered in the city.

We searched high and low for a location in the city. After a few months of looking, we came across the Presidio venues. We really didn't like the officer's club, but then stumbled upon the Golden Gate Club. I wasn't immediately won over because it is such a blank canvas and a little hard to imagine what potential it could have. I did love the floor to ceiling windows, the beautiful view of the water and bridge, and the full wall fire place.

We ended up really falling in love with the location and the stage was perfect for our band. We had 170 people and the Ventana room was more than large enough. It was a little pricey considering you had to rent all of your own tables, chairs, linens, place settings etc. but was well worth it. We also rented it on a weekend so we had the entire building to use.

The only negative comment I have about this venue is that I wish their staff was a little more involved in the process. You basically sign forms and they are there for any questions, but they are absent on the night of your event. We had a hard time finding our "DOC" assigned to us to even turn the lights down to improve the ambience in the room.

Jennifer Skog captures every detail and emotion of your wedding day and truly creates printed memories. Looking through all of the images brought tears to my husband and my eyes. Every photo made us relive the day and brought back the strong sense of anticipation that we felt to finally start our lives as husband and wife.

We met Jennifer last October when she shot our engagement session in San Francisco. We had a great time with her and became even more comfortable as the year passed before our wedding. She has the most congenial personality that makes you feel absolutely comfortable in front of the camera, resulting in sentimental photos.

With her photojournalistic style, you don't even notice her presence, which enables her to create printed memories. With her style of photography, you don't get an album of cheesy pictures where everyone is looking straight at the camera smiling.

I remember our initial meeting with Jennifer to see her portfolio. We sat in a coffee shop looking at her work and I felt myself overwhelmed with emotion from photographs of people I had never met.

Jennifer Skog’s prints can make even a stranger shed a tear, and evokes all of the memories that you felt on your special day.
