They were wonderful, and the house if beautiful. Great food for breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoons just a great atmosphere. There were a LOT of bugs in the room though – I think they came through the window a/c unit. Such is life though, just a little itchy at times!

Total cost: $35 + tip Angel is great - she did my trial and my final tan, and it was beautiful. Very natural. No complaints at all.

Total Cost: $104 + tip I have no idea how long this usually takes, but 3+ hours for a full leg and brazillian seems excessive to me. It was $52 for each, and the lady was nice, but DAMN! 3 hours is torture. Probably should have just used JaRoss and paid the extra $25

They did a great job on our wedding, and we got a discount for mentioning that we were referred by Kat (joshsgirl). We had 2 cameras for the wedding, and one for the reception. Alex, the guy who stayed, went the extra mile and gave us extra coverage. The video turned out great. My only complaint is that the used songs we didn't request, but didn't use all the songs we did request. Kinda weird, eh? But luckily they weren't songs I absolutely despised. I was sad they left out some of them though - they were my fav ones.

The photos that Gary took were generally of great quality... however, I feel like he didn't listen to what I was trying to get out of him (after he assured me that he could do what I wanted. To be fair, he did do some of the things, like off center shots, tilted shots, and mirror shots, but he missed some of the things that I asked him to do that I'd seen from his OWN portfolio. We also never got pictures with each set of parents after we were married, which was a big bummer. And there are literally 2 portrait shots of me, and to be honest, the are unflattering. Anyway, I think you can get more for your $$$ but going outside of South Bend on your photographer search. Plus, reprints are out of control w/ him... $15 for a 4x6 on up. Our parents were very disappointed by that, but it's something we knew going in. Another caveat, he does pretty much the same stuff every time, so if you like his portfolio, you'll likely enjoy using him.

Total Cost: $60/person Debbie and another woman from UHS (Notre Dame's hair salon at the student center) came to the hotel and did mine, both moms, and both MOHs. They arrived at 6am (no complaints!) and did the mom's, then me and the MOHs. They were gone by like 8am . They charged $50/person. My BMs (4) went to Salon Nouveau. They opened early for us at 7am , and had food for them. I prepaid for them as a gift, and it seemed to work out fine. They charge time and a half when they come in early, so it was like $53/person. Everyone looked great, and their hair stayed all day!

Total cost: $37/person They charged us a MINT! They didn't have many colors to choose from (that weren't skanky) and so when the lady suggested they get French manicures, they both agreed. Well, it was $23 for a French and I think the normal price is $15? Who charges $8 extra for a French??? They also charged like $13 for a toe-nail polish change for my sister. It ended up being $75 w/ tip for two manicures and a polish change! that seems ridiculous for a mall nail place to me. Also, they made the whites really big, which is kind of 'eh' in my book.

Total cost: $80/person I had big trust in Men's Wearhouse, and was pretty let down. 3 of our tuxes came in with sleeves too short! DH spent about 2.5 hours on the Friday before the wedding at Men's Wearhouse fixing stuff. Stressful for him, but everyone looked good at the wedding, and they were easy to work with the whole time. They even let us use a coupon we received after we had placed the order, for $20 off each tux!

Dyeables love knot ~$50 (they have regular satin for that kind too, not just silk satin. You just have to look for it!) I recommend buying 'foot petals' to put in for extra cushion. They are pretty thin soled.

Total cost: $640 My dress is Anjolique 821 I tried it on at Bride Beautiful in Atlanta , and their 'trunk show special' price of like $1200. Well, my family is from MN, so we went shopping there, and it was $640 at the wedding shoppe. Go figure. Anyway, shop around ladies! They got my dress in on time, and it was in perfect condition, so no complaints.
