At first I was a bit skeptical hiring a day of coordinator as I considered myself and DIY type bride as well as a bride on tight budget. However, Since my wedding weeks ago I must say that best money we spent for the whole wedding was on our day of coordinator, Kerrie Underhill( of Platinum Weddings). I seriously dont know what we would have done without her. Our provided event coordinator at our wedding site was seriously lacking and during the rehearsal and the day of Kerrie basically did her job and her own in order to ensure that our day went smoothly! Her hard work did not go unnoticed as many many of our guests could not say enough great things about Kerrie. Kerrie was beyond organized, professional and calm and had a great attitude throughout the whole day even through a couple bumps in the road. Our familie's especially could not say enough great things about her, calling her "a lifesaver" on many occasions! I could not agree more. I would recommend Kerrie to any bride, regardless of budget. As a recent bride myself I think that the peace of mind Kerrie provides, as well as knowing that Kerrie will work to have the day run smoothly and carryout the many planned details is worth any price tag! If your smart, you will hire Kerrie :)

On another note, I want to say agree with the other brides reviews and say that Kerrie does go above and beyond in her line of work and as a professional working in the wedding industry. For example, when I first filled out the online inquiry the next day I received a phone call from Kerrie as she wanted to learn more about the big day. I was shocked to have received a phone call-and from this day she is the first vendor I contacted to respond by phone and within 24 hours! In addition when trying to figure out a signature drink for the reception I asked Kerrie if she had any ideas and she provided me with over 10 different drinks, recipes included, she thought would coordinate the wedding and the day! These are a just few examples of how Kerrie goes above and beyond-it would be too large of a post to list them all.

Overall, I would hire Kerrie again in a heartbeat. She is an amazing person and an incredibly hard worker. It is easy to see that she has a passion for what she does and it shines through in every capacity of her work. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her and would encourage other brides to jump on the chance to hire her for their own weddings.

A good friend of mine who was married a little over two years ago gave me the best advice ever regarding wedding budget and priorities. She encouraged me to find a a great photographer as the wedding pictures are really the only things that will last. She said, "Wedding pictures are really the only gift you can give yourself-find and book a photographer YOU WANT, you wont regret it because everything else bought are really purchases for guests of the wedding-you'll be lucky if you get to eat the dinner or cake, and your dress and flowers will only last for the day. Photography is key"

Taking this advice into hand I set out to find a photographer and feel so lucky to have found Sarah! She is talented beyond belief. Sarah captures the taken for granted everyday details in relationships and makes them beautiful! She has an eye for seeing and capturing moments that couples may take for granted. I love Sarah's work because it unposed, she simply captures the love that she sees.

I would hire Sarah again in a heartbeat. She was so easy to work with and really personable as well. Her and husband are expecting a baby very soon and Congrats to them! I must admit when I heard she was pregnant I was nervous she would cancel on me, but she didnt, it never became an issue! She was professional as ever, even taking us up on our offer to fly her to San Franicisco to shoot our engagement pictures! Sarah definately goes above and beyond as a wedding photographer. I would hire Sarah again in heartbeat and would encourage others to do so as well.

I still have yet to see our wedding photos as we were just married but we have the utmost confidence that they will be absolutely incredible. Sarah's work speaks for itself.

Sherry is amazing! I had the opportunity to work with her twice this summer, once as a bridesmaid in a wedding and again for my own wedding. On both occasions I was blown away by her talent. When she is does your hair and or makeup you dont even realize anything much is going on until you look in the mirror and suddenly a much more gorgeous you!

Specifically,I thought she was outstanding at my own wedding where she did my hair and makeup the day of the wedding and many of my bridesmaid make up as well-everyone looked stunning! I provided her a picture of what I wanted for my hair and I must say it was EXACTLY how I wanted it. For my makeup I requested a natural look with emphasis on the eyes and it came out beautifully. I loved Sherry's work because even with my hair and makeup done I still felt like myself on my wedding day-just a more made-up version! I would hire her and her On Location Beauty staff again in a second-they are professional, prompt, talented, organized, and some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Thank-you Sherry for making my day so relaxed and beautiful! :)
