We came here for my bachelorette party. We had the best server and he made our night awesome! 


Excellent customer service and a great place to eat. 
 


They were doing some construction on the hotel and they turned off the water on the day of the wedding which was a delay for some of the guests and bridal party. They knew about this construction when we booked but no one told us. They ended up not charging us for the brunch the next day because of it but it was still a big deal. 


Cookies came out just how I wanted them too. I didn’t get to eat one but I heard they were awesome. 
 


They were very nice and played the songs I asked them too. The reason they get a 4 is the DJ that did the wedding was not the one that I met with. So there was a bit of confusion and he had to clarify with me a few times regarding the music. It was kind of annoying.

Cake was awesome! Tasted so good and exactly what I wanted.

The food was and I heard nothing but great things from my guests. They also let us borrow centerpieces from them which saved us money. They get 4 stars because they were not so great with service. They didn’t release the table in order and when they went to the walk through they didn’t estimate table set up correctly so some tables had to be moved which messed up my seating chart. Also, after the wedding they called for payment, but we had already given them a card number to charge. I ended up having to deal with it for a while.

The rentals were just what I wanted them to be. No hassles and great customer service.

AWESOME! The ceremony music was just what I wanted for my ceremony. It was lovely and it would not have been the same without them. WOW!

They took some wonderful pictures of us during the day and I loved working with them. They get 4 stars because they missed some normal photographer shots, like individual shots with the bride and groom with parents. But I did get some really great photos of them.
