Delicious! We have a three tier cake. The bottom layer is chocolate with oreo cookie filling (to die for) the middle layer is red velvet with French buttercream and the top is oreo cookie again. Yum, I am drooling just thinking about the cake. I have been off carbs for over a month now : (
Everyone at Michelle's is just so nice. I love going in there. The cake tastes just as good as it looks. One of my pet peeves is a beautiful cake with a terrible taste. I am so happy we found Michelle's Cake House.

SO, I have been a "secret shopper" on Project Wedding for quite some time now. My wedding is less than three weeks away and I am so stressed that I can't sleep. So this is my stress reliever. Jaclyn has been a dream to work with. I love her, I seriously do. I have changed my mind about 5 times since I booked our wedding date almost a year ago. And every single time, she's been patient, understanding and so helpful. I cannot wait to see the flowers on Saturday. I love flowers and they are so important to me so we have spent a considerable amount of money on flowers. Will follow up soon.
