Elly: hi, i ordered the personalized satin 3X4 bags and when I received them last week i was very unhappy with them..

Elly: the stiches are broken in most of the bags

Elly: as soon as i open the bags the stiches break

Crystal: that may be one or two pcs

Crystal: cannot be the same for more than couple of them

Elly: no its for most of them... i need all of the pieces and most of them that i tried are the same... i just open them and try to put the candy inside of them and the stitches break

Crystal: that means you are putting way too much things inside

Crystal: not the fault of the bag anyway

Crystal: they are gift favor bags mostly for wedding decoration

Elly: i am not putting to much candy. i put like 4 pieces thats not a lot. and that is what i am using them for, its for my wedding. some of them i didnt even put cany inside of them and they are still breaking, so u cannot tell me that its not the bags fault. thats very poor customer service
