We had a traditional Japanese koto player come in to play for the cocktail hour. It was great. She did a wonderful job playing and handling questions from curious guests. All the guests thought it was unique and really seemed to enjoy it.

The only problem that happened was in the planning stages of the bridal shower. They double booked the room for the day and so my shower got moved to a later hour. It all ended up working out and everything else was great. The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. They even sent in the belly dancer to entertain us during dinner. It was so much fun!

We had our RD at Galuppi's. The servers and manager were very attentive. The food is absolutely delicious and the view of the golf course and fountain from the room was beautiful. The location was great for us since it wasn’t too far from the church. Everyone seemed to really enjoy it and we did too!

Victoria was very nice to deal with. She was always very professional and friendly. They were also reasonably priced for a string quartet. There was only one problem: the cellist got stuck in traffic coming from Miami and was late to the wedding. I had already started to walk down the aisle before he got there, so I actually only had a string trio. They played beautifully though. Victoria contacted me immediately after the wedding. She apologized and told me she would send me a partial refund, which I received soon after. I thought she handled the situation very well and I am very pleased with my experience. I recommend this vendor without any reservations.

The flowers were beautiful, but some were not exactly as I had planned. We originally were working with Joel, but found out in January that Joel was no longer with the company and David Dalsimer would be taking over our event. David was a little rough around the edges at first as we tried to hammer everything out to make sure we were on the same page. However, I enjoyed working with him. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Set up was great. I was disappointed slightly with my bouquet. It was smaller than I thought it would be. I gave David pictures of the bouquets and centerpiece style I liked. Everything was mostly spot on. Instead of light pink mini callas for the BMs bouquets, brighter pink ones were used. We had discussed on the phone that I wanted to do red rose bouts for the GMs rather than white. On the day of, we only had white rose bouts and a mini calla for my husband. In the end, these were minor details. It also states in the contract that they pretty much reserve the right to change things based on availability. Don’t know if that was the problem or if it was all just due to miscommunication. Again, this was all technically minor details and no one noticed except for me. They also provided the uplighting for the wedding. This was a great touch. I would recommend doing this if you can fit it into your budget.

We got married in the DeVos Chapel which was beautiful and the perfect size for our 90 person wedding. The wedding coordinator was very nice and helpful. They do have some rules that you and your vendors (photographer, videographer and florist) must follow. I was a little worried about this at first; however there was a need for it. Everything turned out perfectly. They have pew candles and candelabras that you can rent from them and I’m so glad we did. I’m so glad that we were able to get married there as not only is the church beautiful inside and out, but it has sentimental meaning to me

Patty is very good at what she does and has a great personality. My hair is pretty long and pretty heavy, but she managed to make my hair stay up the whole night. It lasted through dancing and wind from walking around outside. She did a great job for a good price and I’m happy I used her.

She has a great personality and is a good person to have around on your wedding day. She is very calm, patient and helpful. I really enjoyed working with her. I got airbrush make up done and it was great. I did get a little shiny while dancing due to my oily skin and some sweat from dancing so much, however the make up stayed on. I got some blotting paper to take away the shine and everything was fine.

I ordered all the items to print and assemble my own invitations. The cardstock for the invitations and pocketfold were really high quality. The envelopes were also very nice. In the end, we were able to have expensive looking invitations for a lot less than an invitation store could offer us. I was really happy with their service and with our final product.

Reina was very warm and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. She is also a very good seamstress and very quick! My alterations were done in a week. She did an 8 point bustle and took in the top of my dress about an inch. I was very please with my bustle because she knew exactly what would work for my dress. The bustle she showed me, and ended up doing, looked like my dress was meant to be that way. I highly recommend Reina.
