My wife had the brilliant idea to put disposable cameras on each dinner table for our guests to snap away with. We sent them in to be developed at Snapfish, not only because of the great free photos deal for signing up with them, but because our guests could also visit our account online to see the pictures. They were really great to get our pictures and copies from.

We couldn't go far from home for a honeymoon because of our jobs, but we still wanted to be able to get away. So I booked a suite for us at The Breakers for 2 days, and we both loved it. When they found out that we had gotten married, they gave us an upgrade to a bigger suite with an amazing view. We thoroughly enjoyed all their amenities, and just really got to relax and enjoy being newlyweds.

My Dad and my brother were both my Best Men, and because they both live in Orlando, they organized my bachelor party (to start) at Hard Knocks. We had a great time there as it helped me work out my stress/aggressions from wedding planning. I know that the guys also had a great time as we all got the chance to take each other out!

We booked Ubi as our DJ, and was later sold on a lighting package from him. He was really great in keeping everyone out of their seats and dancing to everything, from salsa and meringue to a little country (we have an eclectic taste of music). He even tried to be of assistance when he realized how crappy everything was going with the Marriott, and I appreciated that he tried to keep my wife laughing and dancing. He's a great guy!

As it is evident with my gutt, I have a sweet tooth! So when my wife starting looking around for where to get our cake, I made it a point that I wanted to be involved (I really wanted to sample everything!) I must admit though, Rosie was really nice when we met with her, and I could tell that after our meeting our wife was happy with her. My wife wanted a grooms cake, and I had to argue with her for a while to not bother spending the money on that as I would be happy with an extra slice of the wedding cake. I thoroughly enjoyed 4 slices of the cake that night!

I don't know where the disconnect went with the Marriott, but I can tell you that we were not happy with our reception there. Everything was great leading up to the wedding, and the day of I was just trying to keep a smile on my wife's beautiful face! When we thought one thing was worked out, another problem arose. There were just too many issues that prevented us from really enjoying our wedding with our family and our friends, and that really sucked. The food just sucked, and I know that a lot of our guests sent their plates away. One of the servers even got in my mom's face, and I definitely wasn't happy with that. Then afterwards they tell us we have a balance due, and I spent almost 30 minutes arguing with them because we made it a point to pay them off completely a week before our wedding. Afterwards we complained to their management and it took a while to even get some of our money back.

I booked the limos from Meilan after a recommendation from a co-worker. I was happy with their prices, and very happy the day of our wedding. The driver was professional and I was glad that the limo was clean.

By the time we got around to meeting with Alain, I was honestly very frustrated because I either didn't like any of the other photographers and their work or because the others were too expensive. Right away, Alain made me laugh, and we all sat down and just got to know one another. He showed us his work, and I know that we both liked what we saw. He even told us to take our time in deciding as he knows how important it is in deciding on a photographer. We signed with him a few days later and never looked back! He was great at our wedding, and I liked how I really didn't notice he was there, which surprised me when we got our pictures because he photographed a lot!

When I went to my wife's parents to ask them for their permission to marry their daughter, her father asked me what and where I was going to get the ring from, I told him I didn't know. He was the one that suggested PalmBeach Jewelry, and even went with me to choose. I didn't know what kind of ring to choose, but my wife is such a daddy's girl that I was glad that he went with me because he knew exactly what she would like. They were nice there to us, and right off the bat asked for my budget, which I liked. Then my father-in-law told them what types of rings to bring out (cut? shape?) They brought out a lot of rings to show, and then my father-in-law pointed out the ones that he said my wife would like. I selected the one that I thought was prettiest and got his okay on it. It was well within my budget, and they even gave me a great deal on their care-package for it. Overall, very happy with PalmBeach and recommend them to anyone!

My wife was the one that did the researching and pricing out of suits and tuxes. So when she said that she had settled on Mr. Tux, we all went in. They helped us out and was great and patient dealing with us. I must say that the tux that was selected made us all look great!
